Who is a Contributor?? •A contributor is someone who takes part in something or make a contribution.

Successful Employ:•She always takes her work as a challenge, all time she is trying her best to learn something new. Every Students and subjects have different requirements and have to satisfy it taking that challenges and achieving her dream as teacher.”

•As she is a teacher, for her important qualities would be determination, discipline, dedication.

Facing Challenges:•She takes every challenge that come to her way as an opportunity because it is due to this attitude she has come out as a strong person.•When she works as junior, firstly she will try to convence them by logical arguments on the basis of past experience. She will try to understand their point of view. If it not work, she does her work silently.•And when she works as senior. She prefers to set an example by her work rather than giving them advice. If you are good, people will be good to you. Just do your work with sincerity and dedication and leave the result on god.”

EXPERIENCE :Personal Experience:.•When she got her job placement was in a tribal area which was far away from her resident and there were no transportation service available. Any how, with her strong willpower she fulfilled her duty fro 5 years. With her “CAN DO” attitude.

•According to her job satisfaction is purely internal satisfaction.”
