Font Analysis

The first font I have found for my irn bru can advertisement is Varsity from Dafont.com. This font is really clear and easy to read. I think it would also look appropriate because it doesn’t need to be a formal font and it is readable at a glance. The only problem with this font is that I think it looks quite American which would make it inappropriate for irn bru because the drink is Scottish.

The second font I have found for my irn bru can advertisement is Collegerion from Dafont.com. It is pretty clear although the letters are quite bunched up together so it may be a struggle to read if you are quite far away from it. I think it is quite appropriate for irn bru because it looks quite sporty and irn bru 32 is an energy drink so it would fit in.

Font Analysis

The third font I have found for my irn bru can advertisement is Collegiate Inside FLF from Dafont.com. I think this font is really clear and well spaced out which makes it easier to read, especially at a distance. It is very similar to the first font I found although it does not have a border which means that this would also be slightly inappropriate for an irn bru advertisement because it looks American.

The fourth font I have found for my irn bru is Jersey M54 from Dafont.com. I think that it is clear and easy to read although I think it looks a lot like the font on car registration plates so I don’t think that it would look like it fitted in with the irn bru theme.

Font Analysis

The fifth font I have found for my irn bru can advertisement is New Athletic M54 from Dafont.com. I think this font is really clear and looks a lot like the previous one which to me looks as though it should be used for car registration plates so I don’t think that it would look appropriate for irn bru.

The final font I have found for my irn bru can advertisement is Alien-Encounters-Regular from Dafont.com. I think that this font looks the best because it fits in well and looks sporty which is appropriate because irn bru 32 is an energy drink. I will use this font for my final advertisement because I think that it represents irn bru the most and looks like the type of font you would see on an energy drink.
