Why was Germany involved?

● Germany, In WWI, supported the austrians. And if the other countries invaded any of them, they would attack. I won't go into it.

● The leader of Germany at the time was Kaiser Wilhelm II

● Germany had alot of weapons at the time.● And, Germany being so rich and powerful,

wanted to somehow test their weapons. A war was ideal for their situation.

● The Germans used a lot of weapons in WWI. Heres a couple of them.

Christmas Eve :D

● On christmas, both sides would usually come out to do something.

● They would ceasefire and play or smoke a fag.

● These were called Christmas Truces

Artillery

● The German side had powerful artillery.

● What you see here is a Big Bertha

● The shells were 42 CM in size.

Ending

● World War I Officialy ended on November 11, 1918

● Over 37 Million people died.

● It was supposed to be the War to end all Wars, Until Hitler came along.
