PERSONAL GROOMING TREATMENTSDental Careo I brush my teeth twice in a day.o I use Sensodyne toothpaste .o I use Sensodyne mouthwash.
Pedicure & Manicureo I cut my nails twice in a week.o Everyday I wash my palm & toe properly.
Body Ordero I take bath twice in a day.o I use Nivea Men Deodorant after bath. o I wash my cloths regularly.Shoeo Everyday I polish my shoe.o I use Cherry Blossom to polish my shoes.
PERSONAL GROOMING TREATMENTSHair Removal
I take regular shaving with Brickell Shaving Cream. I cut my hair once in two week.
Hair Gel I use Follow me Hair Gel to hold my hair style.
Attire I always wear my formal attire as much as good. I wear ironed cloth. I try to keep the color combination of my attire as better as possible.
Accessories I never forget to wear wrist watch. I never forget to polish my shoes. I never forget to cut my nails.
HAIR CARE Hair Type :- Normal.
Hair Problems :- No.
Hair Care Routine :- I use Dove Shampoo 4 times in a week. I use Dove Conditioner.
Diet :- I take fruit and vegetables.
I drink 4 liter water everyday.
I avoid fast foods.
SKIN CARESkin Type:- Oily.
Skin Problems:- Pimples, Dark Spots.
Skin Care Routine:- I use Himalaya Intense Oil Clear lemon Face wash. I use Rose water as a toner.
VLCC Lavang Moisturizer. I take 4 liter water everyday. I take vegetables and fruits.
I use Mud Pack (Multani Mitti, Rose water) once in a week.Home Remedy:-
I use Honey-Sugar pack twice in a week.

Running(20 min). Morning Walk(20 min). Aerobics(30 min).
