Whether it is public or private sector, negotiated or bid contracts Critical Path has the understanding and ability to put our clients’ preferences first.

Experience Since 1999, Craig has been the President of Critical Path, a full service general contracting and construction man-agement firm. The firm specializes in hotels, commercial, residential and historic restoration.

Craig worked his way up in the industry from chief broom pusher to owner of Critical Path Construction, a leading boutique construction firm in the market.

Critical Path Construction has been in business for over 20 years in South Florida. We offer a full range of construction services including general contracting, project management, owner representation, and consulting.

Our highly dedicated staff is involved from the early planning and design stage, working seamlessly with architects, through project completion and final punch list. Critical Path Construction has a selective management team that are dedicated and knowledgeable with a hands on approach to each project. Our team is highly motivated and committed to the highest standards to ensure that each project is completed to the highest level with the utmost care, delivering a finished project efficiently, on time and within projected cost. All of our projects have personal supervision by our close-knit staff. Our clients are given excellent customer service by a highly skilled and trained team.
