SO, WHAT DO WE DO?We’re a multi-channel European off-price retailer, offering customers great value on ever-changing selections of brand name and designer products at prices up to 60% less than the RRP (Recommended Retail Price) and at a significant discount to the prices in a department store or on the high street. We’re passionate about delighting our customers with amazing quality, value and unique finds.

Therefore it’s important to have a supply chain that’s every bit as dynamic as our offer. It’s all about getting the right products to the right store at the right time.

With that in mind, we’ve developed a highly sophisticated approach to warehousing, distribution and logistics, with an extremely short supply chain channeled through five main Processing Centres and a network of Cross-Docking Centres.

At our Processing Centres, packaging is removed and merchandise is made store ready before being dispatched to our Cross-Docking Centres for daily delivery to our stores.
