Although solar power is an energy source that we have only recently tapped into, it may easily become the most important energy source of the future.

At the end of 2012, global PV capacity was 102 GW. EPIA outlook until 2017 is more than four times this number. All of this systems need to be monitored to detect breakdown and optimize their operation.

MPC-143 is a compact datalogger specially designed to integrate all the signals involved in O&M (operation and maintenance),bringing a bringing a cost-effective and easy way to remote monitoring the complete system.

OPERATION

Looks complicated? No problem, MPC-143 can do the work for you by sending periodically CSV filesdirectly to your server. This M2M functionallity dramatically reduces software integration complexity.

Because we know that time is money, our controllers are designed to improve installation time. With removeable screw terminals, all of them correctly labeled, installation will take less than 5 min.

Modbus protocol holds no secrets. MPC-143 will ask for data to inverter, counter and power analyzer at selected interval and store securely the data. Commercial or custom software, SCADA or any platform using standard Modbus protocol can recover data from controller.

Despite being a high tech device, MPC-143 consumption is less than one energy-saving light bulb.In case of emergency, a small 12Vdc 7 Ah battery is enough to keep device working more than 72 h

MPC-143 will also help you to save money. SIM cards with static IP are expensive, so we already support DynDNS service in order to avoid the need of pay for it.
