Pivijay is a municipality of Colombia in Magdalena's department.

Pivijay, one of 23 municipalities of the department of Magdalena. Located to the north of the Republic of Colombia in the part northwest of the department and in the Caribbean region of Colombia.

Jose Flores, Antonio James and Julian Sanchez founded the population in 1774, and was elevated to a municipality in 1912.

There are places such as the municipal government, the hurch San Fernando, the Bank of Bogota, the square of the roosters, ice cream, hard TK, bullring, hospital, restaurants, telecom, cattle fair, schools, hotels, the pipe Shiller.
