Analytics Reports (if you make the big $ and

can upgrade to pro)

Hootsuite has a great blog that they update constantly with new information.

You can even go to HoosuiteUniversity and graduates get a badge to display on their webites.

Hootsuite recently blogged about 2 new

features that are exciting.

The first one is the ability to create

Facebook comment stream to monitor posts

you want to follow

The second is the HootSuite App Directory

that includes YouTube, Flickr, Tumblr and Get

Satisfaction. These can now be added to your

dashboard streams.

The social information processing theory

explains how people get to know each other

online, without nonverbal cues, and how

they develop and manage relationships in the

computer mediated environment.

Focuses on relationship development, the

speed at which they develop and the

maintenance of the relationships.

Social media management tools allow relationships to develop quicker, make them easier to maintain

The ability to see photos and videos also helps this process
