The angles which lie between 0° and 90° are said to lie in the first quadrant. The angles between 90° and 180° are in the second quadrant, angles between 180° and 270° are in the third quadrant and angles between 270° and 360° are in the fourth quadrant:

In the fourth quadrant, Cos is positive, in the first, All are positive, in the second, Sin is positive and in the third quadrant, Tan is positive. This is easy to remember, since it spells "cast".

Arena — Known to self and others: This is what we communicate to others. It is what the communication process is all about. Facade — Known to self, but unknown to others: This is what we conceal from others. Sometimes there is a good reason for holding something back, e.g. gossiping. At other times it might be bad for the communication process; e.g. holding something back because it gives us a false sense of job security. Blind Spot — Unknown to self, but known to others: Sometimes we communicate something we are unaware of. For example, I might say, "I'm not angry," while slamming my fist on the table. Unknown — Unknown to neither self not others

Ask for Feedback – Let others know you care about what they think. Make sure they understand you, do not think you know it all. Their opinion counts; therefore, make sure they know you are relying on there opinion.

Self-Disclosure – Share things about yourself with others. Make sure people around

you know what you think, so they can come to understand you. If you take for granted that people understand what you are thinking, you will be disappointed.

Others’ Observations – You do not have to agree with others to understand and respect what they are saying and feeling. When you can have a true understanding of how others perceive you and things around you, then you have the real opportunity to affect change around you.

Self-Discovery – As you share things with others, this is the perfect time for you to find out more about yourself. Work on self-discovery, find out more about yourself, and share this with others. As you share more about yourself, space will open to also learn more about yourself.

Shared Discovery – Work on things together as a team. Even if you are a manager, you can work with your team on an even playing field and come up with answers together.
