The potential quantity and grade of potential or target mineralisation outlined in the presentation are conceptual in nature and there has been insufficient exploration to define a mineral resource and it is uncertain if further exploration will result in the determination of a mineral resource

Competent Persons ConsentsInformation relating to Australian exploration results is based on data compiled by Ms Bianca Manzi who is a Member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists, and who is a full-time employee of the Company. Ms Manzi has sufficient relevant experience to qualify as a Competent Person under the 2004 Edition of the Australasian Code for reporting of Exploration Results, Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves. Ms Manzi consents to the inclusion of the data in the form and context in which it appears.

Information that relates to the estimation of Australian Mineral Resources is based on information compiled by Mr Kevin Lowe and Mrs Vanessa O‟Toole and reviewed by Mr Trevor Stevenson and supervised by Ms Manzi. Mr Lowe is a Member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, and Mr Stevenson is a Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, a member of MICA. Both Mr Lowe and Mr Stevenson are full time employee of Runge Limited and have sufficient relevant experience to qualify as Competent Persons under the 2004 Edition of the Australasian Code for reporting Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves (the JORC Code). Road Haulage & Maintenance

Private Haul Road

Road haulage and maintenance

• Targeted monthly haulage 150kt;

• Fleet of up to 6 road trains running;

• Road train fleet primarily „quads‟

Un-sealed haul road

• Ongoing road maintenance;

• Water sourced along road route;

• Utilise graders, water carts and rollers;

Rankin Dam Rail Siding

Rankin Dam Rail Siding and Loading Facility

Rail Loading

• Free standing stockpile;

• Approximately 1.3kms long;

• 2 loaders utilised to load train;

• 6 services per week;

• Loading windows vary between 6 and

10hrs and occur throughout the day

Rail to Port Adelaide

Rail

• Rail provider SBR (SCT Logistics)

provide 2 train sets;

• Each rake consists of 2 x AC Locos,

crew car, fuel car and 89 40 foot

wagons;

• Each wagon has 2 x 20 foot ¾

height open top (purpose built)

containers;

• Each train set carries around 6,000t

Rail Unloading

Port Adelaide Container Port

• Utilise existing rail spurs at the container terminal

at Port Adelaide;

• Trains unloaded using „reach stackers‟;

• Unloading windows between 8 to 12.5hrs;

• Containers transported to / from storage area

using straddle cars;

Container Storage

Containerised Storage

• Material stored in open containers;

• No storage sheds required;

• Containers stacked 4 high;

• Utilise existing port container cranes;

• Minimised capex & start up costsContainer Storage

Ship Loading

Ship loading operations utilising the

Tippler rotating container system

Tippler Loading System

• IMX pioneered Tipplers for „bulk‟ material handling in

Australia;

• Purpose-built Tipplers pick up, lower and tip

containers into the ships‟ hold;

• Tippler rotated through 360 degrees;

• Dust suppression systems set up prior to loading;

• Very environmentally friendly ship loading solution;

• Loading 2 Panamax (75kt) sized vessels per month

Mt Woods Magnetite Project

100% owned Magnetite iron ore project

Approx.1 Billion tonnes combined Resource & Exploration Targets*

>200 micron grain size

Significant growth potential

Coarse-grained magnetite ore has significant advantages over fine-grain ores;

Requires substantially less energy and water inputs,

Significantly lower capital and operating costs,

Suitable as direct sinter plant feed,

Capable of producing >65%Fe high-grade concentrate; and

Potential to attract premium prices.

Existing rail & port infrastructure incapable of supporting such a large project

Concept Study currently underway – results expected June 2012
