1.0Acknowledgement

First and foremost, I want to tanksful for APIIT which gives

me this opportunity to join in this university and gives me a

comfortable atmosphere. And I also appreciate to my

Information Technology Application lecturer who is Mrs. Hairul

Aysa Binti Abdul Halim Sithiq to gives me this chance to do

this project. Without her constant encouragement and guidance

this assignment could not completed. I must show gratitude to

her. At the same time, my sincere thanks should go to my

friends who support me and put considerable time and effort

into their comments on the draft. Last my thanks would go to

my beloved family for their patience, encourage me spiritually

and understanding to entire period of this work.

2.0Introduction

This project was doing by Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel,

Microsoft Access and Microsoft PowerPoint. Though this

assignment I learned how to use it well. This assignment

including worksheets exhibition, mail combine, unconfirmed

structuring, criterion applied, data proof, and other

features. In this operation I will decipher clearly what I

learned from this module.

3.0Worksheets exhibition

Worksheet is to keep the work recording or progress notes which is a kind of paper.

3.1 Home page

This is ‘home page’ of gift2gives house. The green colour is

restful colour and green instead of life and nature, so I

decided use it. On the top is the logo of this shop. From home

page customers will know what we supply.

3.2 Suppliers

Those three picture is about suppliers’ sheet of Gift2Give

House. From those table people can know items and price about

flower, gifts and sweet factory.

The first one of flower stalks gallery, it shown roses,

carnations and statices. The item of roses is 23.00$/ dozen.

The item of carnations is 11.00$/ dozen. And for statices is

15.40$/ dozen.

The next one is item and price of gifts accessories supply. It

includes plastic wraps(15 sheets), basket, ribbons(30 pieces)

and cards(50 pieces). The prices are respectively 5.00$,

5.50$, 2.50$, 5.00$.

The third table is sweet factory is shows chocolates,

chocolate-chip cookies, and candies. For chocolates is each of

30.00$, chocolate-chip cookies 23.00$ per, and candies is for

10.00 $.

The number of items is less than or equal to 10.00$ it meaning

the costs below 10.00$ of supplier. The number of items spend

more than 200$ it represent the supplier bought items is less

than 200$.

3.3 Flower Stalks Gallery

This sheet is about Flower Stalks Gallery supplier. This sheet

is about three items which is rose, carnation, statice. For

each of them there are 6 different colors for customers to

choose. The N/A means no response or no offered.

This table has shown the customer will get different price

after buying different flowers. If the customer buy the system

have to remark it.

Free stalks of flower will be given when the customers bought

it encounter the minimum obligation flowers.

It will remark if the item is 0 to confirm. For rose is

minimal of 2 dozen, Carnation stalks is minimal of 10 dozen,

Statice stalks is minimal of 20 dozen after that the customer

can order special flowers.

The total price is Rose price add Carnation stalks price add

Statice stalks price. If the total price is more than 200.00$

the consumer can get a free one.

3.4 Gifts Accessories Supply

This table is shows of Gifts Accessories Supply sheet. This

sheet is contain 4 types of supply is Plastic Wraps, Basket,

Ribbons, Cards. After total accessory price have 5% delivery

charges stands for each accessory type that the price is below

1000.00$.

3.5 Sweet Factory

This is the Sweet Factory Sheet it be listed chocolates,

chocolate-chip cookies and candies. It shown the each item’s

price is very clearly. The customer will get discount who

applied more than minimum required items. If the rice is

greater than or equal to $500.00 – 3% discount. If Price is

greater than or equal to $800.00 – 4% discount. Otherwise

price is greater than or equal to $1000.00 – 5% discount. .

For in total price if the consumer have not get the minimum

they have to pay delivery charges for 10.00$.

3.6 Charts

From the first three charts can find the difference price it shows very clearly and easy to understand. The last chart is to compare Flower Stalks Gallery, Gifts Accessories Supply, and Sweet Factory total price provide to supplier which one isthe best.
