  It  is  a  service  related  to  design  and  installation  of  the  works.  Analysis  of  the  solution  originally  intended  by  the  beneficiary  reveals  pluses,  and  minuses  and  it  allows  us  to  propose  the  optimization  of  the  initial  idea  and  sometimes  change  with  another  solution  that  improves  in  terms  of  technical,  economic  and  financial,  efficiency,  sustainability,  maintenance  and  operation  time.  Our  proposed  solutions  are  always  based  on  our  practical  experience.                                -­‐  Design         Having  established  the  optimal  solution  together  with  the  customer,  combined  with  the  design  of  other  specialists  involved:  architect  and  structural  designer.  Overall  view  of  the  project  allows  us  to  prioritize  and  properly  prioritize  facilities  plans  based  on  their  importance.  A  good  project  provides  functionality  and  durability  of  installations  in  operation,  is  perfectly  adapted  to  space  and  harmonious  correlate  different  types  of  installations.                                -­‐  Build         In  construction  period  we  focus  the  attention  at  every  stage  of  the  project,  following  the  schedules,  in  time  mobilization  of  all  human  resources  required,    materials,  financial  and  logistical  support  and  supply  synchronization  relationship  with  suppliers  of  materials  and  outsourced  services.  We  Take  prompt  decisions  in  real  time  to  unexpected  problems  that  arise  along  the  way,  to  ensure  continuity  of  the  work  and  to  meet  all  customer's  requirements  in  terms  of  framing  the  budget,  respect  of  deadlines  and  quality.
