NFL Flag FootballThe NFL's official youth leaguefor boys and girls provides theopportunity for kids and familiesto become involved in football. Wado-Ki Karate Little DragonsDesigned to encourage balance, self-confidence, focus, attentionspan, discipline, coordination and flexibility. The physical aspectof this sport is a healthy activity that teaches readiness. Uniformsand certification are available from the instructor for an additionalfee. Shecomes to us from BourbonnaisTownship Park District in Illinois,where she interned before gradu-ating. Casey received her BS inParks and Recreation Administration from Illinois State University.She enjoys spending time with family, taking spontaneous roadtrips and kickboxing.

She is a 2006 gradu-ate from Indiana State Universitywith a BS in Recreation and SportManagement. Dog ParkLocated in beautifulCentennial Park, on theeast side of the park,just south of the gar-dens, this 3-acre dogpark is the perfect placefor your family and furryfriends. The dog park isa member only park and offers dog-size drinking fountains,a dog playground, fenced in security, dog doo doo bagsand a hilltop view that overlooks the entire park and golfcourse. Users pay an annual fee to offset the care and mainte-nance of the dog park. All dogs must be licensed and proofof immunization must be submitted before a pass is issued.There is a two-dog limit use of this facility. A lanyard andidentification card will be issued and must be worn at alltimes when using the dog park.

Munster Bike PathMunster is proud to offer eleven miles of continuous bikepath. The path connects communities along the Indianaand Illinois state line, linking residential neighborhoods, in-dustrial and office parks, shopping areas, forest preserves,and greenways. The areas designated as bike paths maybe used for biking, roller skating, rollerblading, walking, jog-ging, and other personal recreational activities.

in all parks.- Dogs must be on a leash and owners are responsible

for cleaning up after their pets.- Unauthorized use of the dog park at Centennial Park will

result in a $500 fine to all parties liable.- No go-karts, mopeds, or any other motor driven vehicles

shall be operated in any of the parks.- No golfing, except with a wiffle ball, is allowed in any of

the parks.- Camping is not allowed in any of the parks.- Open burning and fireworks are not allowed in any of

the parks.- No skateboards or roller blades are allowed on the ten-

nis courts.- Persons displaying permits have priority usage of shel-

ter, fields and courts.- The moving or relocating of soccer goals in the parks is

not permitted without prior approval.- All groups of 25 or more must obtain a contract/permit to

Refund PolicyMunster Parks and Recreation iscommitted to providing the highestquality recreation activities, events,and programs. If a person is notcompletely satisfied with a programor service due to circumstancesunder the department’s control,Munster Parks and Recreation willarrange for the person to repeat theclass at no charge, use the fee foranother class during the same sea-son, or receive a refund.A Full Refund Will Be Granted . . .1. If a participant is dissatisfied with a Munster Parks and Recreation class, program or activity due to circumstances under the department’s control. Refund requests must be made prior to the midpoint of the class, program or activity.2. If the refund is initiated by Munster Parks and Recreation (i.e. cancelled class, low enrollment).3. For injury or illness, with a doctor’s note. (Once a program has begun, only a prorated fee for classes met will be charged). 4. If the all clear sound does not sound after 30 minutes, dangerous weather is still in the area and the activity should be cancelled.
