12:00pm – 1:30pm : Fitness, Forms, Techniques, Wooden Dummy, Chi Sao
4:00pm – 5:00pm : Fitness, Techniques, Wooden Dummy, Chi Sao
5:30pm – 7:00pm : Fitness, Chi Sao and Application, Techniques
7:00pm – 8:30pm : Fitness, Chi Sao and Application, Wooden Dummy Application
Friday:
12:00pm – 1:30pm : Fitness, Forms, Wing Chun Technique Application, Chi Sao Application
4:00pm – 5:00pm : Fitness, Forms, Chi Sao Application
5:30pm – 7:00pm : Fitness, Forms, Chi Sao Application, Wooden Dummy Application
Saturday and Sunday:
10:00am – 10:50am : Kids & Parents Class – Reflexes and Co-ordination
11:00am – 12:30pm : Fitness, Forms, Techniques for Sparring
PRIVATE LESSONS: Speak with Reception or an Instructor regarding content and time
