AMMY ARIADNA RODAS ÁLVAREZ

Ammy está empezando a entrar en la adolescencia y ahora es una niña más coqueta y que se preocupa más por su apariencia física. Ahora sus preferencias han cambiado y ya no juega como lo hacía de niña, vemos cómo ha ido cambiando con el tiempo.

Estamos agradecidos con el Señor porque nos permite ver a nuestros niños pasar por diferentes etapas en sus vidas.

Sabemos que el Señor cuidara de ella y la hará una niña de bien y estamos agradecidos porque ella siempre busca del Señor

Ammy is going into adolescents. She is now a charming little girl and worries about her physical apperance. Her preferences have changed and she no longer plays like she used to. We have seen her change over time.

We are thankful that God allows us to see our kids go through different stages in life.

We know that God will take of her and keep her paths straight. We are thankful that she continues to turn to God.

ORACIÓN:

Que nuestro Dios cuide de ella en esta nueva etapa de su vida y no permita que se desanime a seguir buscando de Dios o que vaya a buscar malas amistades. Pedimos a Dios que guarde su corazón tambien.

Prayer Requests: We ask God to take care of her in this new stage of life and prevent her from being discouraged from following God or turning to bad relationships. We also ask God to protect her heart.

ANLENE REBECA HERNANDEZ RAMIREZ Y JAIRO NOE HERNANDEZ RAMIREZ

Anlene es una niña súper inteligente y a la que le gusta mucho hacer manualidades, ella es muy callada pero aun así comparte con los demás niños.

Anlene is a really intelligent girl who likes making crafts. She is shy but takes part in group activities with other kids.

Jairo siempre ha sido un niño muy alegre pero estos meses atrás ha estado algo triste ya que su abuela se fue a vivir a Estados Unidos y esto ha sido algo que ha afectado mucho su vida ya que su abuela los ha cuidado desde que ellos eran pequeños y él y su hna la extrañan mucho.

Jairo has always been a happy kid but these past months have been hard for him as his Grandma moved to USA. His Grandama took care of him from a young age and he misses her deeply.

ORACIÓN: Pedimos por la vida de Hna Claudia para que le de sabiduría y entendimiento para poder guiar a Anlene y Jairo por el camino correcto, también pedimos por la salud de Hno German (papá de los niños), ya que hace meses tuvo un accidente y anda enyesado, ya tiene como 3 meses de andar así.

Pedimos tambien por la vida de la hna Clemencia(abuela de los niños) para que el Señor la cuide donde esté y que le permita regresar muy pronto para que este con sus hijos y nietos.

Prayer Requets: We ask that God gives Sister Claudia wisdom and understanding in guiding Anlene and Jairo. We also pray for the health of Brother German (their dad) as he was in accident and has been in a cast for the past 3 months.

We, also pray for Sister Clemencia (their Grandma) that God protects her where she is and allows her to see her kids and grandchildren soon.

ANTHONY ABRAHAM DE JESUS RECINOS

Jesus esta muy agradecido con Dios por que su mama llego con bien a Estados Unidos pero esta muy triste porque no podran verla saber en cuanto tiempo.

Este ha sido un tiempo demasiado dificil para el y sus hnos que se quedaron aqui.

La vida de Jesus ha dado un gran cambio, el tomo la decision de ser Maestro de Escuela Dominical, esta muy agradecido con Dios por llamarlo ha este ministerio, poder enseñar a mas niños sobre Dios, y sobre todo ser un ejemplo para los demas niños.

Él actua cada dia mas como un jovencito y es que ya esta en la etapa de los cambios y agardecemos a Dios porque su deseo de buscar de él no ha cambiado para nada, pedimos que cuide su corazón y que lo aleje de malas amistades.

Jesus is very thankful to God because his mom arrived safely in the USA. He is very sad because he doesn’t know when he will see her again. This has been a difficult time for Jesus and his family.

Jesus’ life has been dramatically changed; he made a decision to be a Sunday School Teacher. He is very thankful that God called him to this ministry as he is able to teach kids about Jesus and be an example to the kids.

We are thankful to God because his desire for God has not changed, and we ask that God protects his heart and keeps harmful relatonships away.

Oración: Dios ayude Hna Aracely y su hijo David en los Estados Unidos y que siempre provea lo necesario para ayudar a su familia y ademas por la vida de Jesus y por el trabajo que esta haciendo para la obra de Dios.

Prayer Request: God Please help Sister Aracely and her son David, who are in the United States. Help them provide for their family. Please watch over Jesus, and empower the work he is doing for the kingdom of God.

CLAUDIA ANDREA CONTRERAS Y SHERLYN CONTRERAS

Claudia ha llegado a sus 12 Años, y esta entrando a una etapa de ser señorita, y tomar nuevas decisiones.

Tambien ahora ha estado asistiendo a las reuniones de jóvenes los dias sabados y esta empezando a hacer cambios en su vida, ha dejado un poco las cosas de niña y ha empezado a tomar responsabilidad de una adolecente, pero lo que no cambiara sera el amor y la pasion que tiene hacia Dios.

Sherlyn esta muy emocionada de estar en la escuela, esta aprovechando cada momento con sus compañeros, ella es muy inteligente. Esta aprendiendo muchas cosas y tambien experimentando, esta muy agradecida con Dios por que le ha permitido realizar muchas cosas y hacer nuevos amigos.

Claudia is twelve years old and becoming a young lady, where she will be faced with new decisions. She has been helping with the young adult meetings on Saturdays, and she is making changes in her life. She has left behind her childish immaturity and grown into a young lady, but her passion for God has not changed!

Sherlyn is very happy to be in school, and is taking advantage of every moment with her classmates. She is very intelligent! She is learning a lot of new things, and is grateful to God for her new discoveries and friendships.

ORACIÓN: Dios bendiga de la familia y guarde de sus vidas siempre. Además que pueda proveer siempre lo necesario.

Prayer Request: God, bless this family and guard them always. Please take care of their daily needs.

HECTOR MOISES, JUAN CARLOS Y JOSHUA ESAU GUTIERREZ

Cada día que pasa, Moisés es un niño más activo en la iglesia. El toca un instrumento que se llama Caja Española y cada día lo toca mucho mejor, al principio le costaba mucho más pero poco a poco ha ido aprendiendo y desarrollándose mejor en la música. Es un gran instrumento del Señor y sabemos que cada día Dios lo utilizará mejor y le dará nuevas herramientas.

Everyday that passes Moses is more active in the church. He plays an instrument that is called a “Spanish Cajon”. He gets better each day. It was hard at first, but he has been progressing and is getting very proficient in music. He is becoming a great instrumentalist for God, and he is learning more about Jesus everyday! We know that God will use him in different ways and provide the tools he needs to serve.

Juan es un lindo jovencito, a pesar de su edad se ve muy pequeño pero tiene una mente muy interesante y piensa como adolescente.

Hace una semana estuvo bastante enfermo y no pudo venir a la iglesia un domingo, cosa que fue muy triste para él ya que está acostumbrado a venir a la iglesia todos los domingos y servir en el ministerio de la música también. Él toca el bajo y cada día está aprendiendo mucho más también.

Juan is a handsome little boy. Despite his age he is very small, but he has a very mature mind. A week ago he was very sick and couldn’t come to church on Sunday. This made him sad, because he was accustomed to going to church every Sunday. He plays bass on the worship band, and is improving every single day.

Joshua está en su segundo año en la escuela, se le ha hecho un poco difícil ya que está haciendo nuevas cosas en la escuela y descubriendo más, ha visto la diferencia entre el año pasado y este, pero eso no ha sido tropiezo para el para poder aprender más, está agradecido con Dios por su familia, pide salud y unión en su familia.

Joshua is in his second year of school, and it’s a little difficult for him. He’s doing new things and learning lots. He’s noticed the increased difficulty from last year to this year. He’s thankful to God for his friends, and he asks for health and unity within his family.

Oración: Pedimos a Dios por la vida de la Hna Reginalda para que vuelva a asistir a la iglesia nuevamente, sabemos que el enemigo siempre está atento a las cosas que hacemos, pero confiamos en Dios que ella volverá de nuevo.

Prayer Request: God, please take care of Sister Reginalda, and bring her back to help the church. We know that the enemy is always opposing the things that we do, but we are confident that God will bring her back.

JAVIER ALEJANDRO Y MYCOL ALEXIS ALDANA ÁLVAREZ

Javier está en primer grado de la escuela y está aprendiendo a leer y escribir cosa que es difícil para los niños pequeños pero sabemos que Dios le dará la inteligencia que necesita para aprender rápido. Su madre Brenda decidió no trabajar este año para poder ayudarle a él en la escuela, ayudarle en sus tareas y poder ayudarle a que aprenda a leer mucho más rápido.

Javier is in his first year of school and starting to learn how to read and write, which is very difficult for little kids. We know that God will provide him the mental faculties he needs to learn fast. His mom, Brenda, decided not to work this year in order to help him with his chores and school related activities like reading.

Mycol tuvo unos días difíciles ya que le dio varicela, el no asistió varios días a clases porque la enfermedad le afecto muy fuerte pero poco a poco y con la ayuda de Dios él pudo sanar.

Ahora está aprendiendo a tocar el bajo en la iglesia junto a su hermano mayor Víctor Fernando que está aprendiendo a tocar la guitara; es una gran bendición poder ver el deseo en ellos de servir al Señor. Mycol es un niño muy inteligente, hace unos días atrás recibió su tarjeta de calificaciones y la maestra lo felicito por el desempeño que ha logrado y por sus altos promedios.

Mycol had a few difficult days recently when he developed chicken pox. He didn’t go to school for a while because he was sick. Thankfully, with the help of God he got better.

Currently he is learning how to play bass guitar in church, next to his older brother Victor Fernando. Victor is learning how to play guitar. It’s a blessing to see their desire to serve God. Mycol is a very smart boy; upon recieving his report card his teacher congratulated him for his accomplishments, and high grades.

ORACION: Que Dios siempre derrame bendiciones a la familia Aldana, y que puedan seguir unidos como familia en el camino de Dios. Damos gracias a Dios por el hermano mayor de ellos, Víctor Fernando, porque cada día crece más el

deseo en él de buscar de Dios y poder conocerle más y ahora tiene deseo de aprender a tocar la guitarra para poder servir también al Señor.

Prayer Requests: That God would always give blessings to the Aldana family, and that they would continue to be unified as a family who is on God’s path. We are thankful to God for Mycol’s older brother Victor, because his desire to serve God grows bigger each day. He has a desire to know God, and now he has a desire to play the guitar to serve God as well.

SHEILY NAHOMI CEBALLOS GUTIÉRREZ.

Nahomy está muy agradecida con Dios, ya que su madre está viviendo ahora con ella, están compartiendo más momentos juntos en familia, y ahora siente más apoyo de su madre. Para ella siempre fue difícil vivir lejos de su madre, aunque nunca le ha faltado el amor de su abuela Reginalda y su tía Katherine con quienes ha vivido siempre.

Katherine siempre ha querido a Nahomy como si fuera su propia hija y se ha hecho cargo de ella desde que ha estado pequeñita junto a su madre.

Nahomy es una niña muy inteligente, aplicada y a la que le gusta servir en la iglesia. Aparte de cantar, le gusta ayudar en todo lo que este a su alcance y está muy interesada en cosas de jovencitas aunque todavía está muy pequeña. Le gusta asistir a las reuniones de jóvenes y participar de las diferentes que se realizan en el grupo.

Naomi is very thankful to God now that her mother is living with her. They are spending more time together as a family, and she feels more support from her mom. Before it was very difficult for her to live apart from her mom, but she didn’t lack loving-care becasue she still had her grandmother Reginalda, and her aunt Katherine, who lived with her. Katherine has always loved Naomi as if she was her own daughter. She has taken care of her since she was a baby, alongside her mother. Naomi is a very intelligent girl who loves serving in the church. Apart from singing she likes to help in anyway she can, and she is very interested in the young adults group, even though she is too young still. She likes being a part of their get-togethers and participates in the groups.

ORACIÓN: Pedimos a Dios por la abuela y la madre de Nahomy para que se acerquen a los caminos de Dios y que sean ejemplo para sus hijos, porque sabemos que ellos necesitan del Señor.

Prayer Requests: We ask God to draw closer to her mother and grandmother, because we know they need God, so that they can be examples for her.

DIEGO ANTONIO MARROQUIN CONTRERAS Y CHRISTOFER MARROQUIN

Diego agradece por la familia que le ha dado, todo estar juntos en el camino de Dios, este año quería entrar a estudiar, pero ya no habían cupos, así que tendrá que esperar hasta el próximo año para poder estudiar, ahora está disfrutando estar en casa con su hermanito Christofer, la familia lo admira ya que ha empezado a orar el solo sin que le tenga que decir ni una palabra es bueno ver cómo va creciendo el amor hacia Dios en él y la manera que le adora.

Pide por su familia para que siempre este unida en el camino de Dios, para que su madre Hna Debora lo pueda guiar siempre por el camino correcto, él está creciendo con temor a Dios, él sabe que Dios siempre está a su lado que nunca lo abandona, también pide para que un día Dios toque el corazón de sus tíos y puedan congregarse a una iglesia.

Christofer agradece por el amor que Dios le tiene, las bendiciones que le da a su familia. Ahora se ha vuelto un poco hiperactivo, anda corriendo de un lado para otro no se detiene, es bueno ver como es de feliz, la familia lo tiene bien consentido y le dan más amor de lo normal.

Ahora ha aprendido una palabra que su hermano Diego dice: JESUS TE AMA, es una de las palabras favoritas para Diego y Christofer.

Diego is thankful for the family he has been given becasue they are all together on the path God has for them. This year he wanted to study, but there was no room in the school. He will have to wait until next year to start. He is enjoying being home with his brother Christofer. His family admires him because he now prayers by himself and his love for God is growing. We pray for his family, that they are unified in the path that God has for them. We also pray for his mom, Sister

Deborah, to guide him in the correct path. He is growing up with the fear of God, and he knows that God will never abandon him and always be by his side. He knows that one day God will touch his uncles hearts, and they will become part of the church.

Christofer is thankful for God’s love and the blessing of his family. Recently he has become hyperactive, always running around. His family spoils him and loves him dearly. He has learned a phrase that his brother Diego has taught him: Jesus loves you. It has become one of their favorite things to say to each other.

ORACION:

Que Dios mantenga unida a la familia, siempre en el camino de Dios, piden Salud, sabiduría, fuerza para poder luchar con los tropiezos que vengan a sus vidas, siempre tienen la confianza en Dios.

Prayer Request: That God maintains the unity in the family and keeps them on the straight path. May God provide health and wisdom for any difficulties that come in their life, as well constant faith and confidence in God.

ANGEL, GLADYS ROSMERY Y JIMMY HERNANDEZ

Ángel está descubriendo muchas cosas nuevas en la escuela, este mes participo en un desfile de las fiestas patronales de San Jose Pinula, en el cual tenía que llevar un sombrero hecho de periódico, se veía muy bien y emocionado de poder participar. Está muy agradecido con Dios por su familia por el apoyo incondicional que le dan, está emocionado ya que este año ha sido uno de los mejores alumnos en su salón de clases, sus padres Hna Gladys y Hno Luis están orgullosos de él, por el desempeño que ha hecho durante estos meses, también ven el cambio que Dios ha hecho en él, ama adorar a Dios a su manera y es un niño muy sentimental.

Angel is learning new things at school. This month he participated in a parade in honor of the festivities of San Jose Pinula. He wore a hat made out of newspaper, he looked very handsome and was happy to be taking part in the

parade. Angel is thankful for his family and the support he receives. Angel is proud of himself because he is one of the top students in his class. His mom, Gladys, and father, Luis, are very proud of his efforts. His parents have noticed how God has been working in his life. His parents also see the change that God has made in him. He loves to worship God in his own way and he is a very sentimental child.

Jimmy está en su primer año en la escuela, esta emocionado de tener nuevos amigos y aprender cosas nuevas; su madre nos dice que en el estudio va muy bien, memoriza rápido las cosas, hace tareas con paciencia y es dedicado en la escuela.

Este año Jimmy también participo en el desfile, y se disfrazó de abeja y Rosmery quiso estar igual que su hermano y desfilar junto a él.

Jimmy is in his first year of school. He is very excited to have new friends and learn. His mother tells us school is going very well for him. Jimmy is a fast learner who is very dilligent in his homework, showing paitence and dedication towards his schoolwork. This year Jimmy participated in a parade, dressed up like a bee. His sister Rosmery wanted to dress up just like her brother.

Rosmery está aprendiendo un poquito de lo que su hno Jimmy le enseña, ahora ha tenido que separarse de él ya que está estudiando y ahora se queda sola en casa con su mamá.

Ella es súper tremenda pero también es una niña muy amorosa que ama estar junto a sus hnos. y compartir con ellos; siempre quiere hacer lo que ellos hacen sobre todo lo que hace Jimmy, su compañero de aventuras.

Rosmery is learning the little bits that she can from Jimmy, but she stays home with her mom while he goes to school. She is a little trouble maker, but she is also very loving. She loves spending time with her brothers, always wanting to do what they do. More than anything, she wants to do what Jimmy, her adventure companion, does.

ORACION: Dios siempre este con la Familia Hernandez, de sabiduría para seguir siempre en los

caminos de Dios.

Prayer Requests: For God to be with the Hernadez family, and give them wisdom to follow his path.

OLIVER AARON GARCIA

Oliver ha conocido nuevas personas, ya que meses atrás su madre, Hna Margot se mudó de casa, ahora viven en un lugar muy tranquilo, y bonito. Está muy contento porque está haciendo muchos amigos, también porque su madre le ha dicho que ya el próximo año entrara a estudiar.

Oliver has met new people because he and his mother, Sister Margot, moved homes. He now lives in a peaceful neighbourhood that is very beautiful. He is very happy because he is making lots of friends and because his mother told him that next year he will start school.

También nuestra Hna Margot ha conseguido un nuevo trabajo y está muy contenta, ya que es una ayuda para ella y podrá sacar a su hijo adelante. Ahora también le está enseñando los colores, números, animales, etc a Oliver para que cuando este en la escuela no le cueste mucho; y así aprovecha a pasar tiempo junto a su hijo.

Also, our Sister Margot recently started a new job which she enjoys. Now they have money to live and to provide for her son’s future. She is teaching him colors, numbers, animals etc., for when he goes to school so it will be easier for him. She is taking advantage of every minute she has with her son.

Agradecemos a Dios porque la hna Margoth sigue estudiando y tiene ese gran deseo de superarse para ser ejemplo a su hijo ya que ella no tuvo lo oportunidad de estudiar de pequeña y ahora lo tiene, ha decidido tomar esa oportunidad.

Ella es un gran ejemplo para nosotros.

They give thanks to God because Sister Margot has continued studying. She has a deep desire to educate herself, as an example to her son, because she didn’t have the opportunity to study as a child. Now that she has the opportunity she is making the most of it, and is a great example for all of us.

ORACION: Pedimos al Señor que siempre pueda ayudar a la hna Margoth a salir adelante y que ella nunca se aparte de sus caminos; también que Oliver sea un niño obediente y que crezca en los caminos de Dios.

Prayer Request: We ask the Father to always help Sister Margot to progress, and not leave the straight and narrow path she is on. We also ask that Oliver become an obedient child, growing up in the footsteps of God.

VALENTINA MICHELLE BERRIOS ROJAS

Valentina ha estado mucho mejor de salud, damos gracias a Dios porque sus alergias han tomado un descanso y ella ha podido sentirse mejor de eso.

En ella está creciendo el anhelo de poder ir a estudiar, todos los días dice que va a ir a la escuela y busca su mochila y la llena de cosas, sobretodo de juguetes y dice que es hora de que la vayan a dejar a la escuela.

No sabemos si el próximo año podrá ir a estudiar, porque en las escuelas públicas hasta los 5 años pueden entrar pero veremos que se puede hacer, ya que es una niña muy inteligente y aprende rápido así que pensamos que sería bueno que pueda empezar lo más antes posible.

Agradecemos a Dios porque ella es una niña que ama la iglesia y ama a los hnos., le hemos estado enseñando a orar y agradecer a Dios por lo que nos da día con día y ella lo hace muy bien, siempre nos dice que quiere orar y nosotros le damos la oportunidad para que pierda la pena de hacerlo en público aunque por el momento solo con nosotros lo hace. Es bueno saber que el amor de Dios crece cada día más en ella.

Valentina is much better healthwise. We thank God because her allergies have subsided and she has felt better. She is developing a longing to study. Everyday she looks forward to studying, grabbing her backpack and filling it with things, mostly toys! She then tells her parents it’s time to go to school.

We don’t know if she will be able to go to school next year, because public school doesn’t accept kids until they are five years old. They are trying to get her into school earlier, because she is an intelligent girl who learns quickly and easily. It would be best for her to get in as soon as possible.

We give thanks to God because she is a girl who loves the church and members of the church. We have been teaching her how to pray to God. She always wants to pray, so we give her opportunities. She is shy when praying in public, but prays with us privately. It is good to know that her love for Jesus is growing more and more each day.

ORACIÓN: Pedimos al Señor por la familia en Honduras y Costa Rica, que Dios cuide de ellos siempre y que les permita buscar del Señor ya que algunos están lejos de los caminos del Señor, pedimos protección, salud, provisión y cuidado para cada uno de los miembros de nuestra familia.

Prayer Request: We ask the Father to protect the families in Honduras and Costa Rica, and to guide them back to him, because many are far from him. We ask for protection, health, and provision over all the members of our family.

ADRICK MATEO GUTIÉRREZ

Mateo esta emocionado de poder compartir tiempo con su madre, ya que gracias a Dios Hna Katy tiene un trabajo donde puede llevarlo a él, y pasar tiempo juntos, ahora Mateo se ha vuelto un poco hiperactivo, esta de un lado a otro y más cuando está a lado de un niño que es igual a él, como que hace química con los niños. También hemos visto que le tiene miedo a la sangre, cuando se lastima y ve sangre comienza a llorar y no hay nada que lo tranquilice. Su madre nos cuenta que lo heredo de ella, los dos le tienen pánico a la sangre.

Agradecen a Dios, ya que su padre Hno Julio tiene un trabajo estable, y le va muy bien, saben que Dios siempre responde a las oraciones a su debido tiempo.

Mateo is excited to share time with his mother, because Sister Katy now has a job where she can bring Mateo and spend time with him. Mateo has become hyperactive and he goes from one place to another, even more so with other kids like himself. We have noticed that he is afraid of blood. When he gets hurt and sees blood he starts to cry and there is nothing to calm him down. His mother tells us that he inherited it from her, they both fear blood.

They are thankful to God, now that Mateos father has a stable job and it is going well. They know God will always answer their prayers in due time.

ORACIÓN: Dios bendiga el nuevo trabajo de Hno julio, y que estén siempre juntos como familia en los caminos de Dios, sabiduría para poder enfrentar cualquier tormenta que venga a sus vidas.

Prayer Requets: We ask God to bless brother Julio’s new work. May they always be together as a family in the ways of God. We ask for wisdom to face any storm that may come their way.

KIMBERLY, YULI Y OLIVER RAMIREZ RAMIREZ

Kimberly ahora está asistiendo a las reuniones de jóvenes los días sábados, junto a su hno Oliver. También cuida de su hna pequeña( RUT), este año han tenido que mudarse 2 veces ha sido difícil para ella ya que le cuesta acostumbrarse a los lugares donde puedan vivir, pide a Dios que puedan encontrar un lugar estable y ya no estar mudándose de un lugar otro, sabemos que Dios escuchara las oraciones. También este año le está costando un poco estar estudiando ya que tiene una maestra que es muy estricta, y le deja muchas tareas, pero siempre confiando en Dios todo se puede.

Kimberly is now attending the get togethers of the young adults on Saturday, along with brother her Oliver. Kimberly also takes care of her little sister. This year they have moved twice and it has been difficult as it is hard for Kimberly to adjust to new places. Kimberly asks God to help them find a stable place to live so that they no longer have to keep moving. We know God listens to our prayers. This year Kimberly is struggling in school because she has a teacher that is very strict and gives her a lot of homework, but we always trust God that anything is possible.

Oliver este año ha bajado un poco su rendimiento en la escuela, su madre dice que ahora él está cambiando mucho su forma de ser, se ha puesto un poco rebelde, pero confían en Dios que esa etapa que está viviendo pueda pasar rápido, asiste a los cultos de jóvenes los días sábados.

This year Oliver has dropped his performance in school. His mother says that his behaviour is changing; he has become rebellious, but they trust in God. They hope that this stage in his life will pass quickly. Oliver attends the young adults group on Saturday.

Yuli esta en su primer año de escuela, está muy emocionada de estar estudiando ya que está aprendiendo muchas cosas nuevas, su madre nos cuenta que ella es muy responsable a sus tareas, y admira que a pesar que es su primer año ella está siendo muy responsable, y sobre todo está creciendo en los caminos de Dios.

Piden a Dios por su madre Hna Yolanda ya que un tiempo estuvo asistiendo a la iglesia, pero ahora dejo de hacerlo, confiamos en Dios que pueda volver al camino y pueda estar junto a sus hijos.

Pedimos por el papá de los niños ya que al parecer tiene otro hogar y es duro para los niños no ver a su padre y poder compartir con él.

Yuli is in her first year of school. She is happy to be studying as she is learning new things. Her mother tells us she is very responsible with her homework. Her mother admires her dedication to school. Over everything she is growing in the way of God.

We ask God for her mother, sister Yolanada, as she used to attend the church but now she no longer comes. We ask God that she will one day return to the church.

We also pray for the father of the kids because he seems to have another home. It is difficult for the kids not to see their dad and spend time with him.

ORACION: Que Dios este con su familia, que la Hna Yolanda pueda regresar asistir a la iglesia, ya que es importante buscar de Dios siempre, también que puedan tener un hogar estable, y que las cosas con sus padres se puedan solucionar.

Prayer Requets: We ask God to be with the family and to bring Sister Yolanada back to the church because it is important to look for God. We also ask for a stable home for the kids. We hope things with their parents can be solved.

KIMBERLY PAOLA, KIMBERLY ELIZABETH, MELODY, JOSUE, ERVIN, SANTIAGO CHAJON ROSALES

Kimberly Paola se enfermó de conjuntivitis, le afecto mucho porque sus dos ojos los tenía muy mal, estuvo así casi por 22 días, esto hizo que no asistiera a clases por 1 semana, pero la enfermedad no impidió que buscara de Dios.

Su madre nos cuenta que ha cambiado un poco en su forma de ser, se enoja muy rápido cuando sus padres le llaman la atención de algo que está haciendo mal, pero sabemos que como padres hay que corregir a los hijos, Kimberly lo agradece porque saben que lo hacen por su propio bien y para que sea una persona correcta y temerosa a Dios.

Kimberly Paola got pink eye. Both her eyes got infected. She was home for 22 days. She was not able to go to school for one week. Her illness did not stop her from looking for God.

Kimberly Elizabeth al igual que su hna gemela, tenía la misma enfermedad, pero a ella le costó que se le quitara ya que no le gusta, que le echaran el medicamento en los ojos, para poder recuperarse pronto, ella fue la que tardo más con la enfermedad pero ahora gracias a Dios ya está sana. Su madre nos cuenta que Elizabeth es más tranquila que su hermana y es muy temerosa a Dios y sabe que es lo correcto para su vida.

Kimberly Elizabeth also got pink eye just like her twin sister. It was difficult to treat Kimberly since she didn’t like the medicine going into her eyes. She took the longest to recuperate, but we thank God that she is healthy now. Her mother tells us that she is calmer than her sister and is very respecting of God and knows what is right for her life.

Melody en este año empezó a estudiar, ella está muy contenta de estar en la escuela, y aprender cosas nuevas, es muy responsable, ahora ya está dejando un poco lo tímida, ya que al estar cerca de su hno Ervin, se pone hiperactiva.

Le encanta poder relacionarse con otros niños en su escuela y no le gusta faltar a clases. Es una niña muy aplicada e inteligente.

Melody will start school this year. She is very happy to be in school and learn new things. She is very responsible and is less timid now that she is close to her brother Ervin. She becomes hyperactive around him. She loves being able to interact with other children in her school and does not like to miss school. She is a very intelligent girl.

Josué está entrando ya en una etapa de la adolescencia, esto ha hecho cambios en él, se ha vuelto enojado y un poco rebelde, sus padres nos dicen que están corrigiéndolo un poco más, ya que en esta etapa ellos quieren decidir su camino y sus padres no quieren que se aparte del Señor. Siempre están para animarle y apoyarle.

Joshua is entering adolescence, but this has changed him. He has become angry and rebellious. His parents tell us that they are trying to correct his paths in this stage of life. Teenagers want to choose thier own path and his parents do not want him to turn away from the Lord. They are always there to encourage and support him.

Ervin este año volvió a la escuela y ahora si está asistiendo aunque se le hace muy difícil, el año pasado inicio la escuela pero tuvieron que sacarlo porque él no quería estar ahí y pasaba solo llorando pero gracias a Dios aunque fue difícil al principio de año para él, ya se está acostumbrando a su maestra y sus compañeros. Su madre nos cuenta que en la escuela es tranquilo y se porta bien, además de que tiene muy buenos amigos.

This year Ervin has returned to school. He is attending school but it is difficult for him. Last year he started school but he was taken out because he did not want to be in school and spent most of the day crying. We thank God he is getting used to school even though it was hard at first. He is getting accustomed to his teacher and classmates. His mother tells us he is quiet and well behaved. He has lots of good friends.

Santiago es el más consentido de todos sus hermanos, por ser el menor. También se queda solo en casa con su madre ya que todos sus hermanos asisten a la escuela, pero cuando regresan a casa es una gran alegría para él. A él le ha costado mucho poder desarrollarse y a pesar de que tiene 3 años, todavía no habla mucho y su comportamiento es como de un niño de 1 año y medio. Su desarrollo no ha avanzado mucho. Para los padres, este tiempo ha sido un poco difícil, ya que sus seis niños se enfermaron de conjuntivitis, tener que ponerles atención a todos al mismo tiempo fue muy duro y desgastante para ambos, pero nunca perdieron la fe en Dios para que diera sanidad a cada uno.

Santiago is the most spoiled of all his brothers, because he is the youngest. He stays home with his mother when all his brothers go to school. When his brothers return home, Santiago is very happy. Santiago is 3 years old but does not speak much and his behavior is like that of a 1 ½ year old. He is developing very slowly. In fact, he has not progressed much. This time has been a little difficult for his parents, because all six children got sick with pink eye. The parents had to pay attention to all six children at once. It was exhausting and hard, but they never lost faith in God to heal all of the children.

Oración: Agradecemos a Dios por las bendiciones hacia esta familia, también por la salud de los Hermanos Flor y Julio y por el trabajo de Hno julio que el Señor lo cuide en todo momento, y le permita siempre ser el proveedor para su hogar, que pueda darle mucha fuerza a él y mucha paciencia a la hna Flor para poder cuidar de sus hijos también.

Prayer requets: We thank God for all the blessings this family has. We also thank God for the health of Flor and Julio, and for the work of brother Julio. We ask God to care of Julio at all times, allow him to provide for his family, and to give him strength. We ask God to give lot of patience to Flor as she takes care of her childern.

Actividades de Enero a Abril 2019 Desayunos Dominicales

Una vez al mes, realizamos desayunos dominicales para los niños de la iglesia. Ahora hemos decidido también involucrar a los adultos mayores y poder darles un desayuno saludable.

Sunday Breakfast

Once a month, the church holds a Sunday breakfast for the children of the church. We have decided to involve the seniors and provide them a healthy breakfast.

Fiesta de Cumpleaños

Cada tres meses celebramos los cumpleaños de los niños y hacemos de ese día, un día especial para cada uno de ellos, ya que a la mayoría nunca le han celebrado un cumpleaños. Le damos una pequeña refacción, hacemos piñata, les damos su regalo y les traemos un pastel y hacemos que todos los cumpleañeros pasen al frente para poder cantarles. A los niños les encanta y se emocionan mucho cuando saben que llega este día; tratamos de alegrarles el momento ya que muchos de ellos tienen problemas en sus hogares y no saben cómo lidiar con esto.

Birthday celebrations

Every three months we celebrate the kids’ birthdays and we make a day of it. Most of the kids have never celebrated their birthdays. We have a piñata and give them gifts and bring a cake. We make all the kids go to the front and we

sing “Happy Birthday” to them. The kids are so happy when this day comes. We want to make the kids feel special as a lot of them have problems at home and don’t know how to deal with the situation.

PELICULA

El grupo de niños junto a un grupo de jóvenes, presentaron una pelicula con el fin de recaudar dinero para poder realizar la celebración del dia de la madre que se estara efectuando el próximo domingo 26 de Mayo.

Movie Fundraiser

The kids and youth group came together for a fundraiser. The money raised went to celebrating Mother’s Day on May 26.

ORACIONES

Pedimos al Señor que traiga salud a los hermanos de la iglesia ya que últimamente ha habido mucha enfermedad entre los hnos., debido a un virus que anda y son pocos los hermanos de la iglesia los que aún no se han enfermado. Que el Señor cuide de nuestras vidas y aleje esos virus, ya que debido a la enfermedad algunos han faltado a la iglesia.

Prayer requests for families in the church:

We ask God to bring healing to the members of the church as there has been a lot of sickness due to a virus. There are just a few members in the church who have not gotten sick. We ask God to take care of us and take away this virus because members have missed church.

Pedimos al Señor que nos conceda un lugar propio donde poder tener la iglesia y que traiga los recursos necesarios para que esto se lleve a cabo, también le pedimos que ponga más compromiso en los hnos. para servir al Señor en las diferentes áreas de la iglesia y por las clases de evangelismo que estamos tomando todos para que el Señor toque los corazones de los hnos y tengan ese deseo de ganar más almas para Cristo.

Prayer request for the church:

We ask that God provides a place for us to have church. We ask that God brings all the necessary resources to make this happen. We also ask for a commitment from the church members to serve God in different areas in the church. We also pray for the evangelism class we are taking in order to touch people’s hearts. We hope through this class people will have a desire to win more souls for God.
