E-mail: [email protected] Experience from large business corporations and governmental institutions During her career Anniken has worked for large corporations such as Telenor Group, TINE, Posten, NSB, Telia Company, Sector Alarm, Deloitte, KLP, Umoe and Den norske Opera & Ballett. Usually, and in all of these companies, she has been reporting to the top management or the Board of Directors. Some of her responsibilities have been to develop new strategies, restructure departments, fill interim managerial roles, lead and facilitate business development- and innovation projects, implement large scale corporate identities, as well as to develop and execute management training programmes. She has also enjoyed long term and close collaborations with governmental offices like Innovation Norway, Oslo Business Region and Norway Health Tech. Master of International Marketing Management and a Cialdini Method Certified Trainer ® Anniken earned a Master of International Marketing Management in 1994 from The Norwegian Business School in Norway, École Supérieure de Commerce de Grenoble in France, and the City University Business School in London. Over the years she has also gained expertise in Brand Strategy and Management from The Norwegian School of Economics in Bergen, Coaching from The Coaches Training Institute (CTI) in San Francisco, and been awarded a CMCT Certification in Influence from “the Godfather of Influence” Dr. Robert Cialdini at INFLUENCE AT WORK in Arizona – as one of 20 people in the world. Anniken is also on the Advisory Board of the Entrepreneurial Bachelor Studies at BI/The Norwegian Business School. Branding and Communications expert After her studies in 1995, Anniken started working at Oslo based design and branding agency Scandinavian Design Group (SDG), and was part of the merger with McCann Worldgroup in the late nineties. During this time, she was both Senior Account Director and Marketing Director for the Nordics. In 2001, she left SDG and became an entrepreneur at age 31. She established Dinamo Design AS, as part of Norway’s then largest communications group Dinamo. During her 10 years in charge she led the company to become one of Norway’s most distinguished design and branding agencies with over 25 employees, and created work that still stands unaltered today. Serial entrepreneur – a community oriented company builder In 2012, Anniken co-founded 657 Oslo, a hub for creative entrepreneurs and one of the first co-working spaces in Norway. 657 Oslo has rapidly become one of the largest in Norway, housing almost 250 people from over 100 different companies. Anniken also co-founded her own consultancy, Superblaise, within 657 Oslo in 2013. Superblaise currently boasts close to 20 employees, delivering a whole new approach to strategy, innovation and communication to a large variety of customers. In 2014, the disruptive Untold Insight was additionally established, as an initiative to match Millennials and GenerationZ with the corporate world. In 2018 they also launched the digital mentoring application, SprinterWing, matching ambitious entrepreneurs with skilled mentors. Experienced board member Anniken has completed Styrelederskolen, and works actively as a board member in both the business world and in academia, as well as in the startup eco-system in Norway. She’s a fierce believer in paying it forward, and does so by being an emerging angel investor and a passionate mentor for entrepreneurs, startups, and students. Anniken was one of the initial forces behind the new investment community She Invest, with the intention to contribute to more diversity in business. Recently, she also joined as Advisor for the Antler team and their founders. Antler is a global startup generator, working with the world's top talent to provide them with the infrastructure, support and investments needed to build great companies. Renowned speaker As an experienced lecturer and speaker, Anniken has captured listeners ranging from small teams in conference rooms to audiences of over 1500 people on large stages. Anniken has lectured at The Norwegian Business School, The Oslo School of Management, The Oslo School of Architecture and Design, Oslo National Academy of the Arts, Anniken Fjelberg has enjoyed a dynamically diverse career as a leader and entrepreneur, spanning over 25 years. She is currently working as the founding partner and Chair of 657 Oslo, Norway’s largest entrepreneurial hub for creative startups, as well as a founding partner in the innovation consultancy and communications agency Superblaise.
