CHURCHTOWN AND DISTRICTCHILDREN’S WHITSUNTIDE FESTIVAL

THANK YOU FOR SUPPORTING THE CHILDREN’S FESTIVAL IN THE PAST.

PLEASE ENSURE ITS SURVIVAL IN THE FUTURE FOR YOUR CHILDREN’S CHILDREN

needs you !!!

With almost 150 years of history dating back to the 1860s, Churchtown & District Children’s Whitsuntide Festival

needs YOUR help to ensure its survival.

The Festival is organised and run by a small team of volunteers who are committed to both its success and its future. We appeal for new committee members, supporters, fundraisers,

and helpers to assist in ensuring the Festival’s survival. It would be a great tragedy, not only for the village, but also

the surrounding area, if this Festival were to be lost.

The Committee holds ‘informal’ monthly meetings in ‘The Horns Inn’ and ‘The Punchbowl’ alternately,

to which everyone is invited.

Please feel free to join us and offer your support.

Any individual, or business, who would like to make a donation or offer of help, or simply require any information about the Festival,

please contact Dorothy Walmsley on 602558 or Andrew Russell on 601102.
