Four-story, L-shaped building providing 73,000 square feet of new construction for classrooms, labs and a planetarium.

Project Budget: $89 million

Construction Start: February 2011

Targeted Completion: Nov. 2013

Arts & Humanities will consist of approximately

70,000 sq. ft. to include new classrooms, a

lecture hall, computer labs, studio space and a

100-seat “black box theatre.”

Business Technology will consist of approximately

40,000 sq. ft. to include classrooms, computer labs

and areas for start-up businesses for students.

The project includes sublevel parking designated

for ADA and faculty.
