EnglishThis year we have participated in many activities that have

improved our reading, writing and speaking and listening skills.

In English I liked the reading because there are lots of interesting books. I also like the games.

MathematicsIn mathematics this year I have learnt lots of ways how to solve

division problems. Math is also my favourite subject.

In math we are learning to pulse fractions and decimals. It is really fun I like it a lot. For e.g. half pulse half equals a whole. I

like all the math stuff that we do. I love the maths murderer game.

MusicMy favourite thing in music is playing the night watchman game

because it is really fun. I also enjoy the songs too. I think music is a really good thing to learn.

In term 1 we focused on communication and we made a T.V and I made a T.V with a photo with a koala on it from when my family went on a holiday. We also learnt about all of the street signs.

Are We There Yet?In are we there yet was about Australia. We did an ERP with a map

and we rote about 12 places in Australia. You could present your work on a computer a play or on a poster.

The Way Things Work

In term two we learnt about simple machines. One of the simple machines is a inclined plane. A inclined plane is like a ramp. A

inclined plane can be wrapped around a stick to make a screw. A knife has two inclined planes on it. One on each side. The knife is also a wedge. The wedge is a simple machine to. You use the wedge to cut things up. Scissors are also a wedge. Did you know

all of that!

WeatherIn weather I like the E.R.P. The people in my group are Damon, Yusuf and I. We are doing a drought project.

Droughts are very interesting.

Health & Physical EducationIn sport we are doing volleyball. It is really good and I like doing the

warm up things like the octopus game and the volleyball warm up game. I also liked badminton because I like hitting things with a racket.

other name. I liked sawing the wood with the saw.
