Director – Digital Media Marketing Early-stage entrepreneurial company poised for rapid growth with unique online services seeks ambitious, mature professional to lead digital media marketing efforts. This is an opportunity to employ your talent and experience in key aspects of new media in a complementary role alongside a team of highly credentialed professionals. We intend to hire a Director of Marketing with a start date in January 2015. Requirements To be considered you must have experience leading an organization’s digital/new media efforts and the results must be impressive and tangible. You absolutely must understand market dynamics. You must be a doer as well as a thinker. Experience in digital/new media as it relates to higher education would be a plus, but it won’t be a negative if you don’t have it. We don’t care if you have a Master’s degree or are self-taught; no PhDs, please. About the job We are located in Boca Raton, Florida, where the winters are wonderful and the summers bearable. Offices are in Florida Atlantic University’s Research Park; we are not affiliated with the university. Workweek and time in the office – our people also work from home 2-3 days a week – will be up to you after a period of indoctrination. There will be a salary, but nothing to make your parents proud; this is an early stage company. But there will be the opportunity to earn equity in the company. And as we will not hire anyone without executive potential, you will have the opportunity to play a key leadership role in the growth of the company.
