students to what a leader is.

Students will be able to identify good

and bad qualities of a leader and give

examples of national and local

leaders.

C15.5.1 explain the qualities of a

leadership.Make sure to pick up chart paper.

Pick out markers to be used for lessonplan.

students to the political parties in our

country. Students will be able to

identify the differences and

similarities between both of the

political parties.

students into important figures in

political parties. Students will

conduct research to collect

information on an important political

party figure and be able to give a

short report about the person.

plan and be able to give a short
