Opening of the Paddock The Paddock will be open from 08h00 to 20h00 on Thursday 6th April and from 08h00 each morning. Arriving Early? If you are arriving at the circuit before the paddocks open on Thursday morning, we can arrange for you to leave your race car within the safe confines of the circuit. If you are planning to arrive on Tuesday or Wednesday please email us your likely arrival time, driver name and your truck registration number ASAP. Pit Garage Allocation All race cars will be allocated space in a pit garage for this event. The final pit garage parking plan will be emailed out the before the event. Please ensure you park up considerately and move any unwanted vehicles and trailers to the trailer park after unloading. Trailers should be moved to Parking Area 4 (see general paddock plan on next page) once uploaded. Collecting your Garage Keys on Arrival The garage keys can be collected from the ‘Inforiders’ office on the ground floor of the Race Control building (through the double doors near to garage 0). You will be asked for a refundable deposit of 150€ in cash (no card or cheques are accepted) in exchange for the garage key – if you are sharing a garage there is only one key per garage. The Inforiders office is open from the following times:

- Thursday: 09h00 to 20h00 Private Car & Motorhome Parking You will receive a car pass for parking area P2 – please park all road cars and motorhomes in this area. P2 is next to the main paddock (see below general plan of the circuit parking areas). All trucks and support vehicles will be able to enter the main paddock on arrival for unloading on Thursday without a pass. We will have a limited number of P1 passes available on request for teams that genuinely need to access the paddock with a support vehicle over the weekend.

Passes and Tickets No tickets or passes will be issued in advance of the meeting. Single driver teams will receive 5 passes and 1 ‘P2’ car pass; 2-driver teams will receive 8 tickets and 2 ‘P2’ car passes. Your passes will be given to you on Thursday – if you are not arriving on Thursday please ask a member of your team to come and collect them from Rachel or Val. Tickets and passes will be required in order to access the circuit from Friday morning.

The Accreditation Centre (see map below) will be open from 09h00 to 17h00 on Friday 7th for people who have not received their tickets on Thursday. The circuit also require that access to the pit-wall is restricted to team personnel only – within your ticket packs you will have 5 bright yellow wristbands that allow pit-wall access. There is a limited number of these pit-wall access wristbands so please ensure they are allocated to the correct crew members.

Suppliers at the Circuit FUEL – Sunoco’s Spanish agent, RR2 Racing Fuel, will be based in the paddock offering a pumped or drum

delivery service. You must pre-order your fuel before arrival at the circuit using the booking form. Sunoco will be on-site from Thursday afternoon. There is also a fuel station at the circuit selling diesel and super-unleaded fuel. It will be open from 08h00 to 17h00 Friday-Sunday.

TYRES – tyre support will be supplied by Dunlop and Avon/BMTR. They will be located near to the fuel station in the paddock.

BMTR Tyres will be in attendance to offer a full Avon tyre service. If you wish to purchase any tyres before you arrive on site in Barcelona, please contact BMTR on:

For all Masters drivers and NKHTGT drivers that have booked hospitality tickets, please come and collect your VIP passes in the Drivers’ Club on Friday or Saturday morning. A full catering service will be available from 08h00 on Saturday and Sunday for each driver plus one guest. Extra hospitality passes can be purchased in advance at £25/€30 per person per day – if you know that you will need extra guests please let us know in advance by emailing: [email protected]

Circuit The race meeting will take place on the Full Historic GP circuit (without the last corner chicane). The circuit length is 4.727kms.



Friday Test Day There is no need to book for the Test Day – just arrive and book in for one or more sessions. Please make your way to the Inforiders Office on the ground floor of the Race Control building to book your sessions. You may test cars on the Test Day that are not racing at the event. Please provide a current & valid Circuit Race Licence.

Test Day Timetable The cost of an individual test session (30 mins) is 130€ or 350€ for a full day (3 x 30 mins).

Race Timetable



Race Sign-on Signing on for the race event will take place on the ground floor of the Race Control building at the following times:

• Friday, 11h00 to 17h00 and;

• Saturday, 08h30 to 10h00 Scrutineering Scrutineering will take place in situ from;

• Friday, 11h30 to 17h30 and;

• Saturday, 08h30 to 10h00 It is essential that cars and drivers’ equipment are available at these prescribed times.

Formula One Grid Walk There will be a Grid Walk before both the FIA Masters Historic Formula One races on Saturday and Sunday. The Pit Lane will therefore open 5 minutes earlier than usual with the display of the 10-minute board to commence the countdown. Once the last car is stationary on the grid, the countdown will be suspended and the Grid Walk will commence. When the Grid Walk is over, the countdown will resume for the final 5 minutes, with the display of the 5-minute board. Transponders If you need to hire a transponder for the weekend, there will be a limited number available for hire from the timekeepers. They can be found on the 2nd floor of the Race Control building. Mandatory Driver Briefings It is compulsory for all Masters Drivers and NKHTGT Drivers to attend a Briefing. We also strongly recommend that all team managers attend their driver’s briefings. These will take place in the Briefing Room on the 1st floor above garages 1 & 2 at the following times:

- Friday 15h30 – FIA Masters Historic Formula One, FIA Masters Historic Sports Cars & Masters Three Hours

- Saturday 09h15 – NKHTGT & Masters Pre-66 Touring cars - Saturday 11h00 – Masters Three Hours – Safety Briefing ONLY

Masters End of Season Awards Party As you may have seen the Masters End of Season Awards will be taking place at the El Trabuc Restaurant (only 3 mins from the circuit in the outskirts of Granollers) on the evening of Saturday 8th April! This will be a relaxed, fun party, and we look forward to seeing you at 20h30 on Saturday evening.



Masters Prize Giving Times As well as the podium trophies, we will award class prizes for all our races in the Masters Drivers Club at the following time:
