Electricity and Renewable Energies “SEER” General Terms and Conditions

Article 1. REGISTRATION: Registrations will only be accepted if the attached form is entirely filled, meaning that the participant accepts the General Conditions for Participation. Participants may not ask for conditions or dispositions binding the application for registration. Requests for determined seating arrangements will be accepted but are not considered as conditions for participation. There is no guarantee regarding the participation of applicants. Registrations are not considered complete until they are received by the organizers. Applications are the binding force until the acceptance or rejection for participation. Article 2. ACCEPTANCE: There exists no legal right to acceptance. The exhibitors who do not follow payment obligations toward the company which organizes the exposition of the fair or exhibitors who do not follow these regulations may be refused admission. In case the fair is overbooked the organizer reserves the right to confirmation. Only those exhibitors who are appointed in our Letter of Selection will receive admission documents. The acceptance of participants will be confirmed with a written document which will establish the handover of an exposition contract between the organizer and the exhibitor. The organizer reserves the right to cancel the acceptance if the acceptance was based on the premise of faulty information or if the admission conditions can’t be applied in the future. Article 3. PROMOTION AND PRODUCTS SELLING:Exhibitors are not allowed to use stickers, posters or banners on site, in places other than their own booth. Exhibitors are also not allowed to hand out flyers or invitation letters to others in the hallways or at the entrances or exits. Exhibitors want organize promotional activities involving demonstration via games or raffles among others, they will need the organizers ' authorization. The products selling is not authorized during the SEER. Article 4. CHOICE OF LOCATION: The organizers establish the sitemap for the event and chooses locations for booths while taking into account factors such as the placement sectors of the exhibitors as the applications come in. The organizers will do their best to take the nature of the exhibitors' products into account. The organizers reserve the right to change the placements as many times as deemed necessary and the disposition of placements as requested by exhibitors. Article 5. PAYMENT METHODS: Payment is due in full upon submission of the application form. Forms submitted without payment will not be considered complete and will not be processed until payment is received in full. Article 6. REGISTRATION FEES: The exhibitors and co-exhibitors must pay the organizers the registration fees as mentioned in the application form. The registration fees include: the inclusion in the catalogue in alphabetical order of the participants, invitation cards for the visitors, general advertising fees, administrative costs and certificates of attendance. Article 7: CO-EXHIBITORS AND COLLECTIVE BOOTHS:unless with specific consent of the organizers, exhibitors are not authorized to let any other person or organization use their booth or parts of their booth, whether the other person or organizers pays or for free. Advertising or promoting other companies, organizations or people not mentioned in the application form is not allowed on the booth. Requests to include co-exhibitors must be addressed to the organizers in written form. Co-exhibitors must pay the exhibitors the registration fees as indicated in the Application form. Regarding national fairs, a value added tax will be added to the owed fee. In any case, the party renting the booth depends on the registration fees of the main exhibitor. Co-exhibitors may also be added to the catalogue if they accept the inclusion conditions and pay the fees, along with providing the details that will be included in the catalogue within the deadline. The organizer may authorize large collective booths under the condition that they may be included in a subdivision appropriate to the exposition.

All regulations apply to each of the exhibitors. If a booth is attributed jointly to two or more companies who jointly expose, they must collectively agree to designate their representative in their application form. Article 8: CANCELLATION OR ABSENCE. Cancellations are possible before the admission.. After being admitted, exhibitors may not cancel or reduce the size of the booth. Participation fees as well as registration fees once paid are due. The restructuring by the organizer of spaces not used to maintain the global visual impression does not exempt exhibitors from their financial obligations. In case an exhibitor may decide not to use the booth's surfaces that they were attributed and that the organizer wants to rent the space to a third-party, the exhibitor must pay 25% of the fees as well as 100% of registration fees. In case of absence of a co-exhibitor, the entire amount of registration fees remains property of the organizer. Article 9: EXHIBITION CATALOGUE. The organizers will publish a catalogue for the exposition. The exhibitors and co-exhibitors must include a list in alphabetical order of the exhibitors as mentioned in the contract and in article 5 relating to registration fees. Article 10: INSURANCE. Although all necessary security precautions will be taken during the preparation, the opening period and the preparation period, the organizers can ‘t be held responsible of the security of any articles regardless of their nature, their representatives, employees, agents or contractors, by members of the public or any other person whether it be the loss, damage or any accident affecting the exhibitor's property or staff or their contractors. We strongly recommend that small objects be supervised at all times and that any object causing attraction be removed from sight each night. The exhibitors must always make sure that the booth not remain empty during the exposition hours. Exhibitors must make sure that they are protected by insurance, especially regarding possible damage caused by others to their goods and for their own protection. Exhibitors will make sure that they have insurance and that they protect their goods from all fees, complaints, demands or expenses that risk to be made, as well as injury of any involved parties, agents, contractors or guests. At the request of organizers, exhibitors may be requested to hand in evidence of their insurance policy. In no case will the organizers be held accountable or responsible for any restrictions or conditions there may be regarding the prevention of construction, the assembly, the completion, the alteration of the demolition of booths, or the entrance, the placement or the withdrawal or opening or partial opening of the site, the changes or alterations to regulations that are caused by factors that do not depend on their will. Exhibitors must make sure that their temporary staff and full-time staff, representatives, agents and contractors have insurance for disability. Article 11: CANCELLATION OR POSTPONING THE EVENT. In the unlikely case that the location may not be available, such as in case of fire or disaster, war, public disorder or any case forcing the cancellation of the event, the organizer may cancel, at any moment the event by informing in written form that the event was cancelled and that exhibitors will not be allowed compensation regardless of the reason of the cancellation. The money that remains available, after expenses, will be shared by them, without allowing an appeal in any case to the organizer. Article 12: FINAL DISPOSITIONS. By registration, the exhibitor accepts without restrictions the mandatory nature of the agreement on the site of the exposition. Additional agreements or special authorizations or any other dispositions may need written consent by the organizer. Article 13: PLACE OF IMPLEMENTATION OF THE CONTRACT AND JURISDICTION. The location of implementation of the contract and the jurisdiction regarding all obligations to the two parties will be Oran, Algeria. The laws of the Democratic People's Republic of Algeria are applied.
