1. Introduction The GICCS Portal offers Shipping Agents the ability to create a Cargo Movement Report (CMR) online. The process is explained below. 2. Navigate to GICCS Portal Page Type the link https://giccs.gcnetghana.com to go to GICCS Portal Home Page

2. Login

2.1 Login using GICCS Portal User Name and Password. Click button.

2.1.1 GICCS Shipping Agent’s homepage will display

3. Create a Cargo Movement Report (CMR) 3.1 Click “Cargo Movement Report” in Navigation menu 3.2 Click “Create CMR” sub‐menu

3.3 CMR SEARCH page will display. Enter Rotation No. Click button

3.3.1 Click link.

3.3.2 CMR CREATE page will display. Key‐in the details.

Source Location Code : this is the port of discharge Destination Code : this is the ODT where the container will be moved When the “Location Details” were populated, all the BLs and Containers for this Rotation will be

displayed

3.3.2.1 Tick the radio button then click button to add container.

3.4 Confirmation will be displayed and CMR Number will be generated

4. Check CMR status 4.1 Click “Cargo Movement Report” in Navigation menu 4.2 Click “Search CMR” sub‐menu

4.3 Enter Rotation Number. Click button. To view details, click on the CMR Number link

4.4 Click on the CMR Number link to view the CMR details

5. Upload CSV (for multiple containers) 5.1 Click “Cargo Movement Report” in Navigation menu 5.2 Click “Upload CSV” sub‐menu

5.3 CMR UPLOAD CSV page will display. Enter Rotation Number. Click button. Select the CSV file.

Select Destination Code. Click button.

5.4 Confirmation will be displayed.

5.5 To submit to ODT. 5.5.1 Click “Search CMR” sub‐menu

5.5.2 CMR SEARCH MAIN page will display. Enter CMR Number. Click button.

5.5.3 Search CMR Records will display. Click link.

5.6 Confirmation will be displayed.
