Get in the Swim (Ages 6 months–Adult)Are you looking to work on your swim technique?Want to continue swim lessons for your children?Or just want to learn how to swim?The Lawrence Family JCC offers private 1-on-1 swimlessons, taught by American Red Cross Certified SwimInstructors. Each lesson is catered to the student’sspecific goals. Lessons are offered for everyone betweenthe ages of 6 months-adult. Lessons will be offered twicea week for four weeks. All swim lesson times will rangefrom 2:00–5:00pm Monday through Friday. Saturdays andSundays are arranged by available time.

The Barracuda swim team is a year-round swimmingprogram for pre-competitive swimmers who want to learnall four competition strokes, dives, starts, and turns.There are four developmental levels: Bronze (Introductory),Silver (Intermediate), Gold (Advanced) & Elite (Pre-Competitive).All swimmers must be evaluated before beginning theteam. your voice in general, this is the workshop for you. Ifyou are looking for some constructive criticism on youraudition and how to make it better from professionalworking artists with a chance to pre-audition before yougo in for “the big day”, this is the workshop for you.

NOTE: This workshop is by no means meant to takeplace of private voice lessons, but to prepare you forauditions. EVERY performer should have private voicelessons on a continuous basis!

You will alsoreceive a Song & Character Worksheet and an auditionpacket on what to prepare for “the big day.” NOTE: YouMUST bring you own recording device in order toreceive the recording of your song!!!

At 2-Weeks out, this workshop will concentrate on songpresentation, audition technique, a more in-depthcharacter development as well as fine-tuning thememorization. You will be expected to be prepared withall the materials outlined in the last workshop as if itwere the real audition so further constructive criticismcan help you be fully prepared for “the big day.”

At 1-Week out, we make minor changes if need be tovocal style and character work as well as walking-through a mock audition to make yourself completelyacquainted with the process and what is expected on“the big day.”
