Preparing for Worship. As you enter the Sanctuary we invite you to pick up a bulletin & communion elements and leave your offering gifts at the table in the gathering space, and find a place to sit that is marked by blue tape. In order to maintain safe practices, we expect everyone (even those that have been fully vaccinated) to remain masked throughout the service and practice social distancing. thank you, risen Christ, for these waters where you make us new, leading us from death to life, from tears to joy. We bless you, risen Christ, that your Spirit comes to us in the grace-filled waters of rebirth, like rains to our thirsting earth, like streams that revive our souls, like cups of cool water shared with strangers. Breathe your peace on your church when we hide in fear. Clothe us with your mercy and forgiveness. Send us companions on our journey as we share your life. Make us one, risen Christ. ANNOUNCEMENTSWe are inviting the congregation to ”Chip In” on funding in-kind resources and physical help with projects around our property to help maintain the
health of the natural landscape. Chip in for…. Supplies needed to relocate the playground
closer to the preschool and allow for a view path to the lake.
Supplies needed to create a pollinator prairie on the previous site of playground.
Hiring professional tree trimmers to create a view path from the church to the lake which would be open year round.
Recovery work on the Labyrinth - unearthing stones and raising them along with path maintenance.
As well as future projects on our property which might include creating a seating area at the lake, creating lake shore access and an expanded walking path.

TOURS OF THE CHURCH YARDThe Backyard team will be available for short tours of our church yard, immediately following worship to share with us some of the projects
we have in the works. Bring your rubber boots and join us!
WOMEN'S ENSEMBLE REHEARSALS START TODAY!
If you are interested in joining the women's ensemble group that will be singing in Worship on June 6th, please join us for the first rehearsal TODAY at 10:45am.
Rehearsals are on Sundays May 9, 16, and 23rd at 10:45am and on Sunday, June 6th at 9:00am.

LET'S CELEBRATE OUR 2021 HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATES
This significant milestone is taking place in unprecedented times so let's honor this moment of accomplishment with conversation and celebration.
Pastor Ivy will be hosting two gatherings, one for graduates (May 26th at 6:30pm) and one for their parents (May 25th from 6:30-7:30pm). On Sunday, June 6th we will honor the graduates during worship.

READERS WANTEDAs we resume in-person worship we are looking for folks to read the lesson and prayers during Sunday Worship. You can sign up online (in the worship sign up.) One person will read the lesson and prayers each week. The prayers are prepared for you.

Vacation Bible School - August 9th through the 13th at Living Waters.
We will again be partnering with St. Mark Circle Pines for "God's Good Creation" VBS. If you are interested in helping plan VBS, there is a planning meeting on Wednesday, June 2nd at 6:30pm. Watch the church website for details and registration information.

church—want to walk alongside you if you or a loved one does test positive for COVID-19. First of all, if you or a loved one do test positive, and you were at a church event during your potential incubation period, please let the office know as soon as possible.
We want you to know that unless you specifically ask to be placed on the prayer list, your diagnosis will remain confidential. Only staff will know your identity. But more than anything we want to be present with you, support and walk through this journey with you. Whether you are quarantined and waiting for test results or in isolation with a positive diagnosis, we want to lovingly care for you as our neighbor. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to talk to anyone on the Smart Team.

FAITH EXPLORATION FOR ALL AGESOur faith is ever changing just as the water moving over a rock in a stream is continuing to shape the rock, we are shaped by God’s constant, loving presence and we are invited into the ongoing conversation about faith.
NEW! Book Club Bible Study – Thursdays from 6:30-7:30 in-person

We will be using the book Inspired: Slaying Giants, Walking on Water, and Loving the Bible Again by Rachel Held Evans to guide our conversations as we study the Bible using various themes each week.Each week is a stand-alone session so feel free to come!See Pastor Ivy if you have questions.

Indoor and outdoor events and activities are planned.
Confirmation (6 th grade through 9 th grade) Confirmation will be meeting In-person every Wednesday evening at 6:30pm now through May 12th.
Lunch Bunch Weekly Bible Study (online Wednesdays at noon)Log in over your lunch break on Wednesday and immerse yourself in the coming week’s gospel. Discussions center around how God’s Word is still talking to us today.
