Dr Tuan Dao is a registered specialist Prosthodontist in Burwood
NSW. He is also a Clincal Educator at the University of Sydney
Dr Peter Serb is a registered specialist Periodontist in Burwood
NSW with over 20 years of private practice experience. He is also
involved with USYD
Dr Kim Mai Dang is a registered specialist in Endodontics in
Strathfield NSW. She is also involved in teaching at USYD and La
Trobe University.
Proceeding to the final restorative phase in a root filled tooth
can often hold great uncertainty especially in an exposed root
filling or deficient root fillings. Kim will discuss clinical
factors that influence the decision on whether to retreat and thus
make restoring the endodontically treated tooth more
predictable.

occur over long periods of time? These are the questions which will
be discussed in relation to fixed and removable prosthodontic
treatments.

Periodontal maintenance is a fundamental cornerstone of
successful periodontal therapy but is often relegated to the status
of an afterthought. Dr Serb will attempt to educate, elucidate and
elevate the attendants on the salient features of effective
periodontal maintenance.
