Objective B2: Students understand the Public Affairs Mission and its wider societal impact through a critical analysis of a common reader.

Students read, review and discuss the common reader and through critical thinking relate the contents to the 7 Revolutions.

• A. Understanding of the Natural World Study of the natural world provides an understanding of important principles

and methodologies for making choices.

• B. Understanding of Culture and Society Informed choices require knowledge of what people have done and imagined,

currently as well as historically. Choices are also tempered by knowledge of
