WHO WE ARE PHILOSOPHY

VISION

The company was founded in 2000, and has evolved and grown led by the expert hands of his creator and founder Luigi Colizzi, who transferred the experience he gained throughout his life as a craftsman and entrepreneur in the field of agricultural machinery.

The company stands out nationally for the excellence and professionalism with which its products are designed and manufactured, especially in the design and construction of compressors and pneumatic appliances for harvesting and pruning of olive groves, vineyards, orchards.

Year after year the number of machines sold has grown considerably, allowing the company to invest in new equipment to improve the products and the production rate; our production site has also been adapted to the growing sales volume.

Today the company occupies an area of 10,000 square meters, of which 2,000 covered, and has chosen to invest in internationalisation with excellent results in Europe, the Americas, Australia and Asia. Thanks to the enormous commitment of all staff and the many external collaborators, Colizzi Pneumatica has become a new reality amongst the world leaders in its market field.

In 2013 we began designing Mini Dumpers and Transporters, powerful and handy tracked machines, long-lasting, great working tools for the most varied sectors, which are made with the new corporate brand Colizzi Group.

All Colizzi Pneumatica products are the result of a long design project, studied in detail, with the help of the advice collected from customers who worked for hours and hours with our products.Every new product, before being marketed, during the design and prototyping phases, goes through a long period of severe testing in different situations, undergoing the most extreme conditions, looking for all possible technical problems.

During the many field tests, each final product has been adapted to all possible work environments, making each model specific for customer’s needs.Designed to dominate in their categories and become a reference point on the market, all our products have the best components available on the market today and are made in Italy, in compliance with law requirements and with quality, safety and environmental standards.

We do this to achieve our only goal: satisfy the customer in every respect, manufacturing high quality machines with excellent performance in terms of speed, reliability, comfort and handling, in full compliance with all safety and environmental standards.Constant research to always offer the best. As the objective of our continuous development, we intend to further improve the product quality and the working conditions of each operator, by designing and producing innovative machines and equipment.

are construction industry machines, able to load and transport materials of various kinds in very narrow places where large machines are not able to operate given the overall dimensions and high weights.

The main application field is artisan construction (though they are often used in various fields such as agriculture, forestry and gardening) and all requirements of handling and transport of materials in places confined and difficult to access.

The tracked MINI DUMPER PELLICANO 560 is a small/medium size machine with hydrostatic transmission and a payload of 500 kg on flat surfaces.

The main features that set it apart, besides an accurate aesthetic “design” and the strength of its reinforced steel frame, are:

1. OMS series reinforced orbital hydraulic motors, with axial load of 1000 Kg, reinforced bearings and oil seals, flanges with 4 holes and shaft diameter 32 mm, displacement 200 cm3.

2. Double hydraulic gear pump

3. Hydraulic oil cooling radiator (all models except Diesel powered models)

4. Internal and external side guards for the frame supporting rollers, to protect the rollers from intrusion by stones or materials inside the track channel.

5. Anti-vibration control handle (made with cushioning material that absorbs the vibrations produced by the machine and covered with skin, to avoid damage to the operator's hands in case of many consecutive hours of work)

6. Tension recovery springs mounted on the track tensioning system, to avoid tearing and damage of the track and of the transmission gear in case of stones or foreign material that may penetrate inside the track.

"Mini Transporters" are rubber tracked machines, designed to facilitate the transport of any kind of materials in places extremely difficult and not easily accessible with other types of mechanical means.Their use has spread especially in the fields of agriculture, forestry and gardening.Due to the high load capacity and very high performance, these machines are able to carry weights anywhere you need.In particular, our machines are different in size and load capacity and for very important details that make them unique in the market.The sizes range from 300 to 600 Kg of capacity.These machines have a “mechanical” transmission with gears in oil bath, with steering clutch release and built-in mechanical brake.The versions with 300 Kg payload have a transmission with 6 forward and 2 reverse gears.The version with load capacity of 600 Kg, in addition to a transmission with 6 forward and 2 reverse gears, has a unique and efficient function: Changing speed and direction is ensured by levers placed directly on the dashboard: simple movements of the levers allow rapid and precise movement of the machine. Basically, it doesn’t have a gearbox as the traditional machines available in the market, with levers that require a series of complicated and slow operations; the simple shift of 3 linear levers placed on the control panel, easily reachable, allows you to enter both the forward and reverse gear (with only one lever) and select

slow and fast (still with only one lever), while the third linear lever allows selecting 3 different speeds.The 600 Kg machine is equipped as standard with the operator platform.This last model has the further possibility to be equipped with 3 different types of dumper bed: agricultural with openable side boards, dumper for construction use and wood loading frame for forestry use.All versions are provided with hydraulic assisted tilting.

The application field of such machines, therefore, varies:

Agricultural use:collection of vegetables in the open field, harvesting of grapes, olives, nuts, chestnuts and all those fruits whose cultivation takes place in hilly or mountainous places

Forestry use:wood transportation from the place of production to loading areas, using specific equipment designed for this use.

Construction use:the dumper bed allows transportation of building materials, cement, sand, bricks and demolition material.

POWER GENERATORS Power generators of the “construction” series are manufactured in Italy by using asynchronous generators with capacitor.The single-phase three-phase models use a alternator with “reinforced” mono-phase, allowing a 230 Volt performance of about 2/3 the nominal value expressed in three-phase (400 Volt).Colizzi Group uses quality components in possession of all the EC European safety certifications and complying with the requirements of quality ISO 9000. With the usual attention to the safety of users, Colizzi Group has chosen to use only certified components. Only alternators and components with insulation not less than IP23 are used

TRASH ENGINE DRIVEN PUMPS

Our engine driven pumpsPOWERFUL AND EFFICIENTCOLIZZI produces a wide range of engine driven pumps that stand out for their quality and performance.

The application field of these machines can range from hobbyist to professional use.They are classified not only for the diesel or petrol engine, but also in two different categories:

1. Low head pumps (sliding)

2. High head pumps (pressure).

All COLIZZI engine driven pumps are self-priming centrifugal and host the sealing valve in the pump housing to prevent the suction hose from emptying at each stop of the pump. Moreover, the use of specific materials allows achieving a very low weight compared to similar models on the market, optimal reliability and durability, thanks to the use of special materials inside the pump body, such as:water seal, impeller, impeller cover. The ease of starting and reliability that the engines used on these machines have always proven is also worth mentioning.
