    BLOWS/FT DENSITY 1) Boring started 6 in. below top of pavement grade.0-2 V. SOFT 2) No recovery on initial split spoon penetration. Gained

    2-4 SOFT sample at same depth by advancing sampler with drill rig hydraulics.

    4-8 M. STIFF 3) 2 in. of Peat at top of split spoon sampler

    8-15 STIFF 4) Loss of drill water @ 23 ft. +/-.

    15-30 V. STIFF 5) Loss of drill water @ 28 ft. +/-.

    > 30 HARD Casing advanced to 11 ft. using drill rig hydraulics.
