• More than 229 million loans funded in November

• More than 253 million loans funded in December

Since October, each month of Wholesale production has been record breaking and the team looks to continue this trend! By the end of the first quarter, the division is looking to hit the 300 million mark for funded loans. Since the beginning of the quarter, the crew of Account Executives has continued to grow. In fact, more than 10 new AEs were brought on over the past few weeks. To do this, a great deal of strategy was implemented to ensure top producers were recruited from around the country. Improved and consistent pricing has helped create more opportunities at PMAC. The assistance of Sharon Kim and the operations staff has been crucial to ensuring the Wholesale team has the resources needed to keep up with the spike in production. In other news, the Non-Delegated Correspondent (NDC) program, spearheaded by Andrew Pierson, has started gaining steam. Anyone interested in this can reach out to Andrew for some personal, one-on-one training.
