Infill Housing ProjectThis site was originally abandoned. Small dubplex style houses were to be

placed along with personal gardens and a unifying greenspace. The central park area has four secluded quardrants and one large fountain/seating area.

Camucia, Italy Train StationThis is a simple planting plan for a smaill train station in Camucia, Italy. The site contains almost no vegetation so in addition to adding plants, shade, pedestrian traffic, and seating were all taken into account.

The Wetlands Golf ClubThe main challenge designing this golf club was the lack of

available dry land to develop. The wetlands must be preserved so hole placement provides a unique playing experience

The objective was to design a full 18 hole, par 72 golf course with a minimum 100 lots and clubhouse plus

ammenities.

The site includes 153 lots varying from 5,000 sq. ft. up to 10,000 sq. tf. Complementing the course are 4 tennis courts, a regulation swimming

pool, 10,000 sq. ft. putting green and driving range.

Hodgson PlantationThe site contains 105 lots, with no cul-de-sac being more than 1,000 ft. from a main drive. Conservation was a goal and most existing trees remain, in addition to an on site lake. The lots range from 4,000 sq. ft. to 10,000 sq. ft.

The goal for design was to plan a conservation neighborhood with at least 100 sites, while avioding

the disruption of the existing environment

Neotraditional Development

The intent for laying out this site was to include a large amount of houses supplemented with commercial development, all shielded

from the road, while maintaining existing site conditions.

This development includes 201 lots of varying sizes, multi-faimily housing to the effect of duplexes, and a large commercial development able to sustain a community of

this size. A greenbelt connects the whole site as well

Recreation Park Site GradingThis site started off without any development and a drainage problem. After completion, ball fields and rec. facilities were added. Lastly, the whole site was graded to eliminate the poor drainage and to allow

equal play on the fields.

Site AnalysisThe above shown site analysis’ are elevation, hydrology, and slope. This illustrates but just a portion of the total site analysis.

Each are very important in determining the suitability for development.

Library Grading PlanThis site required extensive grading around the building foot-print, sidewalks, and parking lot. The existing drip line was

not disturbed, nor were any offsite contours.

Recreation Center SketchUpThe actual rec. building is a remake of a picture found on google whereas the rest is a base autocad file made 3-D

with the use of SketchUp 6.
