    II. INTRODUCTION

    Having my first On the Job Training at the Department of Envi-ronment and Natural Resources are so exciting. Thank you so much

    to all employees of DENR for treating me like an regular employee

    specially to my supervisors.

    Its been two months when I started in there office as an OJT

    thank you so much for the warm welcome, to my co-workers who

    always there teaching me what to do when I feel weak.

    And now for my last week as on OJT I want to say Thank you, I

    do appreciate every little second doing my task with them. I will miss

    you all.

    IV. OBSERVATIONS IN THE COMPANY

    What I have observed at the company are lack of cooperation from

    the employees, because most of the time they spending they time by gos-

    siping instead of doing they job.

    The strength and challenges of this company is that the lot of paperworks, Time management, If theres an cooperation they can finish they pa-

    per works on the time.

    I think the best practice of this company is by giving a chance for all

    the OJT being familiar in office works, They are all patient by teaching us

    what to do.

    My over-all observation in DENR are all the employees are kind, smart

    and approachable specially the Heads they are very strict but on the otherhand there are some employees are hard headed to them.V. PERIODIC REPORTS (daily, weekly, monthly)

    What we do daily are the following:

    encoding the expenses of the company

    assisting the clients of my supervisor

    Answering telephone calls

    What we do weekly are the following:

    Encoding the Journal Entry Voucher

    Making a Subsidiary Ledger of the expenses

    What we do monthly are the following:

    Checking the Payroll if it is tally and encode it

    During my whole training in Department Of Environment and Natural

    Resources, I think the problem/s that I have encountered are when my I en-

    code the monthly payroll and have a brown out I did not save it thats

    why I started encoding it again start at the beginning.

    VII. SELF-ASSESSMENT

    A. Skills and current technology learned/enforced:

    I have learned how to operate the Epson dot matrix and printing on it

    using a continuous paper and I also learned how to used the scanner.

    B. Equipment, tools, testing apparatus handled (soft wares used included)

    I used the Epson dot matrix Printer, Fax machines, Telephone, Xerox ma-

    chine and Personal Computer.

    C. Strong points versus weak points

    My weak point is handling the mad client on telephone call when

    my supervisor are not around, I chose to be more patient and answering

    all her questions in a nice tone of voice, at the end of the day it made mefeel better because the client called again and talked to my supervisor

    saying that the one who I talked before when youre not around is very

    nice. That case my supervisor smiled at me then said If giving a chance I

    want you to become one of my employees someday I just smiled and say

    Thank you maam.

    VII. SELF-ASSESSMENT

    D. Best experiences on the job:

    The best experience I had at the company is when my supervisor gave

    me her trust to made the Payroll of Mid-year bonus this is the very sensitive

    task that assigned to me and she authorized me to do that, and finally I

    did it without mistake.

    E. Evidence of Background preparation:Faults committed (its causes and suggestion given by the supervisor)

    When I print out the wrong voucher, I printed the month of May instead

    of June.

    punctuality, and commitment)

    Person 1: Very persevere, cooperative and well verse in office works and

    supportive in every endeavor assigned to her.

    diligently. Work outputs are reliable based on given instruction. In case

    there will be job opening in the office we will be giving her the top priority
