Description_______________________________
The Rematec Pelletizing Box, so called RPB, is a extreme
compact pelletizing line in a mobile box. Equiped with a
DATA SHEET
The most compact way to
produce pellets
compact pelletizing line in a mobile box. Equiped with a
grinding system with filter, conditioning with water-, or
steamaddition, starch dosing, pellet press, cooler and
sifter, it´s a fully fledged alternative. The well proven
SALMATEC press in cooperation with high quality
conveying and additional systems guarantee highest
pellet quality, high endurance and economical
production. Big doors enable full access for operating and
maintenance. The line is with several fire- and explosion
protection systems state of the art.
The electrical control system is located in a seperate
container which can be positioned beside or above the
production box. The RPB can be combined with diverse
up- and downstream lines, like wet grinding, dryer,
packing line or truck loading.
The RPB will be transported to the Installation site with 2
trucks and will be ready for production after shortes time
of installation. This is guaranteed by the complete warm
commissioning in our pruduction facility in Bavaria.
The RPB comes as a machine with CE certification and
have many advantages in financing and approval
procedures.
