That being said, we know stuff hap-pens, and sometimes instruments fail. So, here’s how we resolve these issues for you.

Guarantee #1If your equipment doesn’t arrive in

proper working order, your rental is FREE for as many days as it takes us to get you a working unit. For any days you’re in-convenienced, we’ll add free time to the end of your rental to make up for your downtime.

So, if we ship you a unit that doesn’t work out of the box, and the replace-ment takes another day to arrive, you won’t pay for the two days, and we’ll add two free rental days to the end of your contract to make up for any lost time.

Who’s the best rental partner for you?What criteria do you use to decide? It’s important to identify all the factors relevant to your decision, so you have the utmost confi-

dence in your rental supplier.

Take the factors that are relevant to your decision and assign them a score. Give the most important a high score, and the least a low score. Multiply each vendor’s question score by this to give a true weighted average. For Yes/No questions, Yes = 5, No = 0. For other questions, use a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the best.

At the end, total up your weighted scores and see which rental instrumentation vendor is the best match for you.
