A designer by profession, currently I am working with Tata Interactive Systems as a Communication Designer in their Senior Specialist Group, Band - Manager where my job is to designs and develops custom e-learning solutions and product-based e-learning solutions.

My key responsibilities in TIS include are:

Conducting system study and needs, learner and task analyses on projects Designing the solution - active involvement in conceptual design and prototype creation Identification of potential process improvements within the project, implementation of them Driving innovative thinking in design output and processes Interfacing with the client at the beginning of the project to define requirements and scope

Work Profile:My responsibilities are to guide the creative effort of the project, leading the team of graphic designers to implement the design and coordinating with the client at all stages of the project starting from requirement gathering to the final delivery of the project. Project details:Requirement: This scope of this project was to help Delta’s employee to understand key functions like dealing with the customers directly, handling safety aspects and to prepare non-dedicated and dedicated baggage service agents to work in the Baggage Service Office in a customer contact role. The elearning programme aimed to eliminate the need of ILT.

Details: The total learning time was 100 hours. It consisted small cluster of projects. My main responsibilities were to head the creative process on all the projects, analysis of training needs, skill gaps, and most importantly, audience profile. Creation of training that was relevant to the needs of the employees.
