On the three repeated words in each line, cross arms and pat shoulders twice, clap twice, pat lap twice.

Leaves (Piggyback Songs) Tune: “Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star”

All join hands and circle round While we watch the leaves fall down. See them twirling to the ground. See them whirling all around. See them skipping here and there. See them flipping in the air. Autumn leaves so peacefully Falling, falling from the tree.

Use cut out leaves and have the children toss them during the song.

Five Little Snowflakes (Lohnes/ Finger Folk)

Five little snowflakes, dancing through the air Higher and higher, without a single care. Along comes a boy who wants to run and play A snowflake lands upon his nose and melts away. A snowflake lands upon his nose and melts away.
