Ross Systems & Controls was approached with a problem… we see them as
opportunities. A large hospital was getting larger. First, demand was growing, but
their existing potable water system was at maximum capacity. Second, the new im-
proved skid had to fit in the same foot-print as the existing skid. It also had to be
disassembled to fit through a standard 32” wide door. Finally, the existing skid had
to be demolished and the new skid had to be reassembled, plumbed, & wired all
between 11 pm and 3 am. No room for mistakes. Emergency Rooms and Intensive
Care Units cannot survive without water pressure.
Over and above the installation issues, the system had to be energy efficient, han-
dle the growing capacity at 50% and automatically, with the ability for future expan-
sion. Ross Systems & Controls was the only company able to meet the full de-
mands of the project specifications. Not to mention, we had the most competitive
