suppliers immediate quality concerns? At SEKAI, our containment services providequick quality control and assurance programs at your facility. We assist in thedetection of non-conforming material, preventing bad parts getting to your customer.

• Each sorting location will have an on-site supervisor who manages and oversees theentire operation including set-up, training and reporting. This person will also be yourin-plant contact for any questions you may have. Every Inspector will wear an ID Badge so your plant personnel will be able to identify us. We inspect, separate and mark each part or container as conforming or non-conforming.

• During and concluding all inspections, we record & report all pertinent data throughvarious formats. Pareto charts, Paynter charts and daily non-conformance reportforms are just a few that we utilize. If you prefer, we can customize any forms tomeet your specific needs or use one of yours.

• We offer a service that is highly competitive compared to most company’s cost of returned products shipping, inspection, sorting, rework, etc. Our turn around time offers customers minimal loss of all important inventory levels and turn around/cycletimes.
