If we recognize something we've said doesn't measure up and give a 'krechtz' it is a good sign. A "krechtz" (groan) shows a heightened sensitivity to our innate kedusha. Silence is golden, but the occasional "krechtz" reminds us how far we've come. Kvetchers on the other hand don't Krechtz. Pity. Shmiras HaLashon Chabura meets Sundays 8:45-9:30am. Classroom 1.
