VBS Ministry "Mighty Fortress" has a "wish" list
We begin our week of fun in less than a month. We ex-pect July to be very hot! Many cases of water is needed , 8oz bottles please. Some of our kids are allergic to hay. We will be wrapping bales of hay with bed sheets and using twine to keep it all together. Needed, dark colored bed sheets of any size (no prints, no patterns) and twine

A Note from the Administrator...
Today --- the Solemnity of the Body and Blood of Christ --- is the last special feast we have before re-entering liturgy’s “Ordinary Time” --- which goes all the way to Advent (December 3). Most of life is “ordinary time.” We have ordinary days, eat ordinary food, follow ordinary schedules, and celebrate ordinary Sundays. Anyone can enjoy spectacular days and feasts and “highs.” But a spiritually aware person learns to thoroughly enjoy ordinary days, ordinary moments, ordinary conver-sations and ordinary people. If we’re open, God will teach us a lot during the “ordinary” days ahead.

Una nota del Administrador...
Hoy --- la Solemnidad del Cuerpo y la Sangre de Cristo es la última fiesta especial que tendremos antes de llegar al "Tiempo Ordinario" de la liturgia --- que es todo el tiempo hasta el Adviento (3 de Diciembre). Casi todo en la vida es "tiempo ordinario". Tenemos días ordinarios, comemos comida ordinar-ia, seguimos horarios ordinarios y celebramos los domingos ordinarios. Cualquiera puede disfrutar de días y fiestas espectaculares "al máximo". Pero una persona espiritualmente consciente aprende a disfrutar a fondo los días ordinarios, los momentos ordinarios, las conversaciones ordinarias y la gente ordinaria. Si estamos abiertos, Dios nos enseñará mucho durante los días "ordinarios" que tenemos por delante. Paz, todo bien! P. Mike

Youth Ministry
Here is a list of all the fun events the youth ministry will be hos ng on Sunday at 6pm for the month of June:
Service Projects
Event: Vacation Bible School Date: July 16th – 21st Time: 5pm to 9pm Where: School Hall **Call the front office for more details.
Special Events Beach Trip – This year in late August is our annual beach trip. Cost is $10 and the date will be announced in July.
SCRC – SCRC is a weekend teen conference geared to bring prayer, confession, adoration and healing to young people. If your student would like to attend, please contact the youth office. For more information check out the following: Cost: $85 Date: September 1st – 3rd

Religious Education Registration begins July 10, 2017
The Faith Formation Program will begin accepting registrations for the 2017-2018 school year on July 10, 2017. Our office hours for registration are Monday through Thursday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (closed on Fridays.) Registration will close when classes are full, no later than August 31, 2017 Tuition is due at time of Registration (Scholarships available) 1 child $100.00 2 or more children $150.00 Sacrament records are required for new families and registration will not be complete until we receive them.
