For those of you new to the club
it is about time you get to know the
lore of Team Psych. The first part
of this club is the story about our
mascot on the flag, your clothing,
your t shirt. The mascot is named
El Fuego, “The one who is on
Fire”. He was named by team vote
in 2008, chosen from over twenty
nominations. He serves as spokes-
man in many instances for the
team.

Dunedin Triathlon
Race Review:
Swim was beautiful. Sweet looking
beach with fairly clear water for the
gulf. Easy course for a first timer.
I had not done this race since the in-
augural and it was good to see the
bike course was changed for the bet-
ter. Two loops, simple and fast. As
always know the course.
The trail run was partially shaded
which helped out. Be careful of
tree stumps and such as all trail
runs. Many reports of athletes not
given good direction by volunteers
on the run. No problem for me as I
follow the throngs in front of me.
That was throngs, not thongs.
Way to go Zanna. I may have to
come back and race this one again.
