Rules of the Game

November 28, 2017 SIMCelt Final Conference

5

Step 1 Stand up and stay in the middle of the u-shaped categories.

Step 2 Take your Questionnaire and your cards and have a look at the 5 statements on MSP. Think about how strongly you disagree or agree with them.

Step 3 Allocate ONE of the five statements to each category, from strongly disagree (-2) to neutral (0) to strongly agree (+2). Indicate this on the questionnaire. NOTE: Only one statement per category is possible

Step 4 Each statement will be considered in turn. The different rankings are set out around the room. The facilitators will guide you through the process. Hold on to the card with your chosen category for that statement.

Step 5 Explain and discuss your decision with the entire group

Step 6 Repeat from step 4 until all statements are considered or until we run out of time!

Step 7 After discussing all statements you will be able to change your initial ranking – please indicate this in the questionnaire
