REGENERATION IN POOLE HARBOUR

CURRENT BRIDGE

Currently only access point to ferry/ catamaran port and Hamworthy. Traffic along this route can be very heavily congested especially during the summer tourist season. The quay is a very popular destination. Congestion made worse when bridge is raised for boats.

NEW BRIDGE across Back Water Channel. This is from Poole side looking towards Hamworthy Gate.
