1.Description of Words used
KRA- Key Result Area
KPI- Key performance indicator in
achieving KRA. It may be physical targets
or road map to achieve KRA.
CMTO- Chief Minister’s transformation
office.
Dashboard- Board reflecting information in
chart format.
* represent compulsory data field

2.Username & Password
Username
Password
Please communicate details (Name,
Designation, email.Id , contact no.) of KRA
coordinator of your department to
CMTO will communicate username &
password.

3.Adding KRA Details

Please click on ‘Add/KPI/Physical Target’ in top
menu
Write your 1st KRA in the block Key Result Area

Brief description block- write briefly about the
KRA, specifically benefits of the KRA
*Brief Description
* “Monitoring frequency” has to be selected from
the drop down by considering KRA.
*Monitoring requency Choose Frequency
You have to save this data entry by clicking on
“Save” tab
Now you can see the added KRA in table format
SAVE

Now you can add 2nd KRA by clicking “Add” Button
& follow the sequence given above
Click on ‘Edit’ to edit your KRA & save it by clicking
“update” tab

4.Adding details of KPI / Physical
Target
Need to define KPI/Physical Target
To achieve approved KRA in the given time line,
user has to define roadmap to achieve particular
KRA.
This roadmap should narrate the activities to be
performed in each month of the target period.
This Road Map is in terms of physical target or
Key Performance Indicator.
Implementing Agency of each KPI /Physical
target may be different. In some cases even
another Administrative department may also be
implementor to achieve particular KPI.

ADD KPI/ PHYSICAL TARGET
Click on “Add KPI” to define physical target or
key performance indicator for particular KRA.
Road map to achieve KRA (KPI)/Physical Target
ADD KPI
After click on “ADD KPI” following window
will be appeared on your screen.

ADD KPI / PHYSICAL TARGET
In defined KRA user has to add Key
Performance Indicator / Physical Target in
“KPI / Physical target tab”

In “Implementor” tab user has to add
implementing agency for that particular
KPI

By entering value user can define “Target”
to be achieved in number of months

The date on which user set the target can be
selected in “Target Set On” by using
calendar. This target must be less than the
KRA Time line.

User has to save this data entry by clicking on
“Save” tab

5.Adding Status of KPI / Physical

User Can select status details from dropdown
Actual against target achieved for the month can
be added in ‘Actual against target’
Status date on which this status added can be
selected from the calendar
Please note actual in each subsequent month is
cumulative actual against the target. ( Say
Actual is 60 in month of July & 30 in August,
then actual entry in the month of August is
(60+30=90)
User can ‘edit’ or ‘delete’ the staus by clicking
‘edit’ or ‘delete’ link.

6.Adding Status of KRA
Implementation status of KRA can be added by
clicking on ‘Add KRA Status’

Select Month from dropdown
Add Remarks on implementation status.
Department may add difficulties if any in
implementing KRA or if any help needed from
other department / CM Office.

7.Reports
Different reports generated by the System
are as under
Defined KRA/KPI: This report will show
the total number of KRA & total number of
KPI for the department.
KRA/KPI Status : Month wise status report
of KRA & KPI will be displayed here.
Target Actual : Target / Actual achieved in
each KRA is shown in this report.
KRA Progress Report:- KRA progress report
for selected month can be seen here

In Dash Board one can view-
1. Dashboard- Progress report of selected
KRA can be seen here.
2. KRA Progress Report: KRA progress
report for selected month can be seen here
3. Graphical representation of month wise
progress can be seen here
Target & Actual can be seen by keeping
mouse pointer on the graphical bar in bar
chart
