Overall purpose of the post: To provide a strong administrative support to the HR Director and the Trust HR department. Main duties and responsibilities: To work under the day to day supervision of the HR Director and the HR department providing a strong administrative support to the department. To provide administrative and clerical assistance to the HR Director and Trust HR team which will include typing notes from various meetings as and when required. To assist with internal and external meeting arrangements, including room and catering booking, preparation of agendas and papers, distribution of appropriate papers, and minute- taking as required To collate statistical returns from other academies within the Trust. To deal with day to day enquiries that come into the department and direct them to the appropriate person. To process DBS applications through the online system. Overall purpose of the post: To provide a strong administrative support to the HR Director and the Trust HR department.

Main duties and responsibilities: To work under the day to day supervision of the HR Director and the HR department providing a strong administrative support to the department.

To provide administrative and clerical assistance to the HR Director and Trust HR team which will include typing notes from various meetings as and when required.

To assist with internal and external meeting arrangements, including room and catering booking, preparation of agendas and papers, distribution of appropriate papers, and minute-taking as required

direct them to the appropriate person. To process DBS applications through the online system. To participate in the administration of the recruitment process. To organise and maintain effective electronic filing systems, in order to

provide an efficient working environment To undertake other reasonable duties (with competence and

experience) as requested, in accordance with the changing needs of the organisation

Personal Contacts External: Contractors, suppliers, parents, external agency professionals, other government and local authority staff, other staff from academies and schools.

Internal: Students, staff, Board and Academy Council members, parents and any other visitors to the Academy.

Reporting to: HR Director Grade: Scale 3/4 - £14,195 to £17,491 (actual)

Accountable for: n/a Hours: 37 per week, TT +10 days
