Phase B - Fine Arts Addition

• MEP/Fire Alarm/Fire Sprinkler Trades continue to work on rough-in.

• Piping insulation completed on the first floor.

• Controls for HVAC equipment in progress.

• DBM continues wall framing and Hargrave installs in-wall wood blocking.

• Lake Shore Glass is installing the glass at curtainwall locations.

• Waukegan Steel delivered the metal stair and started installation.

• Green Demolition is working on openings from school to new Arts Addition.

Phase B - Bleachers & Squad Rooms

• Dant Clayton working on visitor bleachers ramps and stairs.

• JWI completed the structure for the bleachers prior to start decking. Their crew returned homefor the week of 3/23/20 due to COVID-19 challenged for lodging and will be back week of3/30/20.

Phase C - Auditorium

• Arc 1 mobilized to the site to start removal/salvage of existing can light & controls to bedelivered to Downers Grove North.

• MG Mechanical started the gas piping relocation in the band hallway.

• Colfax started abatement of existing areas in preparation for new Phase C work. GBTA has beensupervising and monitoring work onsite.

• Weekly BIM coordination meetings are schedule with trade partners to resolve any futurepotential conflicts with MEP rough-in and equipment.

Phase C - Learning Commons

• Compass set control points and grid lines for layout in existing courtyard.

• Green Demolition completed demolition necessary for access to the courtyard.

• Kane County Excavating & Werner Nugent preparing to mobilize equipment to start demolition,excavation & underground utilities in the courtyard.

• Colfax removed existing window for access to courtyard from band hallway.

Phase B - Gym, Kitchen, Alley, Multipurpose,and Gymnastics Loft Addition

• Completed exterior brick work with the exception of where construction access ramp is. Masonshave moved into the building for interior CMU walls.

• Poured gym slab on grade. All interior concrete work has been completed.

• Overhead MEP rough in continues to progress on both floors.

• Roofers have completed the high roof and are working on the lower roof currently. Currentlyscheduled to have the roof complete next week.

• Metal framing throughout 2nd floor continues to progress along with in wall rough in.

Phase B - Bleachers & Squad Rooms

• Home bleachers will be complete with all 180 ea rammed aggregate piers this week. Will beginbleacher foundations next week.

• Visitor Bleacher will complete concrete foundations next week, followed by the remainingbleacher assembly.

Phase C - Cafeteria, Culinary Arts, Commons,and Southeast Addition

• Installed temp fence, removed trees & shrubs, and removed 1 story building.

• Performing environmental abatement ahead of schedule with school being closed. Currentlyscheduled to jump ahead with abatement scheduled for beginning of summer.

• Weekly BIM coordination meetings are schedules with Trade Partners to identify and resolve anypotential conflicts with rough-in and equipment location in the field.
