There will be no evening worship service Sunday, Sept. 1st, and the church offices will be closed on Monday, Sept. 2nd,

in observance of Labor Day. In addition, the Hope Room will be closed this week.

4th a member of our cemetery team, Dianne Nelson, will be at the Church Office on Wednesdays from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. to answer questions and take reservations for the new col-umbarium. She will be available at other times by appoint-

CHURCH BY THE LAKE - TEAM NIGHT | 9.8

Everyone is welcome to join us for Church by the Lake on Sunday, September 8th at 6:00 p.m. at the

Georgia Mountain Fairgrounds - Lower Pavilion. Wear your favorite SPORTS team colors, bring your favorite finger food to share and your lawn chair, and enjoy some

good fellowship by the lake. There will be no evening services at the church on this day.

While Cooperative Program dollars are the backbone of the Georgia Baptist Mission Board – the state missions offering serves as a special love offering. That offering extends the work begun by

the Cooperative Program and gives those ministries the extra funds to further their work statewide. God has given us an enor-mous opportunity to spiritually impact the 7 million in our state

who have no saving faith in Jesus Christ. Our Church goal this year is $7,000.

COLUMBARIUM DEDICATION | TODAY All church members are invited to attend the dedication ser-vice for the new columbarium, located in Osborn Cemetery, at 455 S. Main Street, Hiawassee, at 12 noon. Light refresh-

ments will be served and members of the Cemetery Ministry Team will be available to answer questions related to the

columbarium and cemetery.
