We are looking for a HR Recruiter & Business Partner

to join our Human Resources Team. The ideal candidate must have the ability to interact with different types of staff categories, proactive attitude and very good organizational skills.

Specific knowledge and abilities you should have

Bachelor degree Minimum 2 year previous experience in HR fieldExperience in recruitment and HR processesGood knowledge of Labor Legislation Fluent in EnglishComputer skills: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS OutlookDetail-oriented person with analyticalmindsetPositive, problem solving attitude

Your main responsibilities

Recruitment and selection process HR Business Partner for certain departments of the companyTraining and developmentPerformance managementPrepare reports and presentations for internal communicationsCompensations and benefits General HR supportParticipate pro-actively in all actions that are or need to be taken by the HR department
